Abstract

An improved assembly structure for a stair handrail includes: a handrail body, a stair tread, and a plurality of supports mounted between the handrail body and the stair tread. Each support includes a long frame-shaped support body. The upper end of the long frame-shaped support body is provided with a connector that connects to the bottom end of the handrail body. The bottom end of the long frame-shaped support body is bolted through the frame body and locked to the stair tread. A cover is fitted onto the bolt, and the cover has a flush-fitting hole that fits precisely with the head of the bolt for fixation. At least one flat strip support rod is provided between the equal-length frame-shaped support bodies and is arranged parallel to the handrail body. The flat strip support rod is connected to the two side frames of the long frame-shaped support body by a horizontal cylindrical column. The horizontal cylindrical column has a through hole for the flat strip support rod to pass through, and has fixing holes on both sides for the support body to be locked and fixed by a bolt and a washer through the two side frames. The horizontal cylindrical column has a through hole at the center of the bottom end that is perpendicular to the through hole, which can be used to insert a bolt to lock the flat strip support rod in the through hole.

Claims

1. An improved assembly structure for a stair handrail, comprising: a handrail body, a stair tread, and a plurality of supports mounted between the handrail body and the stair tread, wherein the supports include a long frame-shaped support body, the upper end of which is provided with a connector to connect to the bottom end of the handrail body, and the bottom end of which is bolted through the frame body and locked to the stair tread, and a cover is provided for the bolt, the cover having a flush fitting hole that fits precisely with the head of the bolt for fixation. At least one flat strip support rod is provided between the elongated frame-shaped support bodies and is arranged parallel to the handrail body. The flat strip support rod is connected to the two side frames of the elongated frame-shaped support body by a horizontal cylindrical column. The horizontal cylindrical column has a through hole for the flat strip support rod to pass through, and has fixing holes on both sides for the support body to be locked and fixed by a bolt and a washer through the two side frames. The horizontal cylindrical column also has a through hole at the center of the bottom end that is perpendicular to the through hole, which allows a bolt to be passed through and locked into the flat strip support rod inside the through hole.

2. The improved assembly structure of the stair handrail as described in claim 1, wherein the horizontal cylindrical column is made of plastic.

3. The improved assembly structure of the stair handrail as described in claim 1, wherein the horizontal cylindrical column is a cylinder.

4. The improved assembly structure of the stair handrail as described in claim 1, wherein the cover is made of a plastic material.

5. The improved assembly structure of the stair handrail as described in claim 1, wherein the cover fits into the inner space of the long frame-shaped support.

6. The improved assembly structure of the stair handrail as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of supports are not through the flat strip support at the front and back, and the perforation of the horizontal cylindrical column is a non-through slot.
