Abstract

This application discloses an integrated electromechanical drive device for a sewing machine. The sewing machine has a body, and the integrated electromechanical drive device includes a receiving hole, a motor, and a transmission mechanism. The receiving hole is located inside the body. The motor includes a stator and a rotor that is correspondingly arranged with the stator and rotated by it. The stator is fixed in the receiving hole. The transmission mechanism is driven by the motor and includes a main shaft that passes through the rotor and the body, and the main shaft is driven to rotate by the rotor. This not only simplifies the overall structure but also reduces the vibration generated during operation.

Claims

1. An electromechanical integrated drive device for a sewing machine, the sewing machine having a body, the electromechanical integrated drive device comprising: a receiving hole disposed inside the body; an electric motor including a stator and a rotor disposed opposite to the stator and rotated by the stator, the stator being fixed in the receiving hole; and a transmission mechanism driven by the electric motor, the transmission mechanism including a main shaft passing through the rotor and the body, and the main shaft being driven to rotate by the rotor.

2. The mechatronic drive device for a sewing machine as described in claim 1, wherein the stator includes a frame, a plurality of stator cores and a plurality of stator winding groups, each stator core being disposed inside the frame, and each stator winding group being wound on each stator core respectively.

3. The mechatronic drive device for a sewing machine as described in claim 2, wherein a plurality of positioning strips protrude from the inner wall of the receiving hole, and a plurality of positioning grooves are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the frame, each positioning groove being for each positioning strip to be embedded and fixed.

4. The mechatronic drive device for a sewing machine as described in claim 3, wherein an escape groove is provided on one side of each of the positioning grooves.

5. The mechatronic drive device for the sewing machine as described in claim 1, further comprising a bushing, wherein the machine body is provided with a reference hole, the bushing is installed in the reference hole, and the receiving hole and the reference hole are on the same center line.

6. The mechatronic drive device for the sewing machine as described in claim 1, further comprising a crankshaft connected to one end of the main shaft and on the same center line.

7. The mechatronic drive device for the sewing machine as described in claim 6, further comprising an encoder fitted onto the main shaft and located on one side of the motor.

8. The mechatronic drive device for a sewing machine as described in claim 7, wherein the transmission mechanism further includes a bearing that sleeves the spindle and rotatably supports the spindle in the machine body.

9. The mechatronic drive device for a sewing machine as described in claim 8, wherein the transmission mechanism further includes a drive wheel sleeved on the main shaft and located between the encoder and the bearing.

10. The mechatronic drive device for a sewing machine as described in claim 9, wherein the transmission mechanism further includes a handwheel that is sleeved on the main shaft and protrudes outside the machine body.
