Abstract

This invention provides an intelligent nursing robot that integrates patient identification, vital sign measurement, precise drug administration, and nursing record generation into a single mobile vehicle, forming an intelligent vital sign measurement and drug administration assistance device. The device includes a platform and a medicine cabinet mounted on the platform. The medicine cabinet has several medicine compartments and is equipped with sensing and voice modules, and is connected to the hospital information system. By integrating the mobile platform, the intelligent medicine cabinet, and the artificial intelligence sensing module to form a three-layer integrated architecture, the robot can autonomously move to the bedside in the ward environment to assist nursing staff in completing vital sign measurement and drug administration, and simultaneously complete data uploading and nursing record generation, thereby improving medical operation efficiency and patient safety.

Claims

1. An intelligent nursing robot, comprising: A platform with a controllable movement module and communication connection to the hospital's computer host carries a medicine cabinet and a sensing and voice module. A medicine cabinet, mounted on the platform and electrically connected to the sensing and voice module, has several compartments for storing medications corresponding to different patients. A sensing and voice module, mounted on the platform and communication connection to the hospital's computer host, includes an image sensing unit and a non-contact vital sign measurement unit. The image sensing unit identifies the patient and, upon identification, activates the vital sign measurement unit to measure the patient's vital sign data, transmitting this data to the hospital information system. The medicine cabinet automatically opens the corresponding compartment based on the identified patient's identity for medication retrieval. The voice module captures voice information during medication administration, converts it into nursing record data, and transmits it to the hospital's computer host.

2. The intelligent nursing robot according to claim 1, wherein the sensing and voice module includes a vital signs sensing module.

3. The intelligent nursing robot according to claim 1, wherein patient confirmation by the sensing and voice module can be performed by a facial recognition system.

4. The intelligent nursing robot according to claim 1, wherein patient confirmation by the sensing and voice module can be performed by a patient barcode identification system.
