Abstract

A flexible support strip structure (II) for easy-to-wear and flexible knee braces, specifically referring to a knee brace body with two drawstrings at the top and bottom for wearing and tightening around the thigh and calf. The knee brace body has two fabric patches on both sides, and the patches contain adhesive that is used to weld two flexible support strips together using high-frequency welding. The key feature is that the upper part of each flexible support strip has an arc-shaped expansion portion with an opening, allowing for easy pulling upwards by pressing the arc-shaped expansion portion when wearing the knee brace. The flexible support strip is a cylindrical elastic strip made of wound metal wire, flattened into a long strip by a heated roller, then cut to an appropriate length. Finally, a plastic encapsulation portion is injected at the tail of the flexible support strip, fixing multiple elastic strips together. This provides breathability, elastic recovery, and comfortable flexibility when the flexible support strip is bent.
