Abstract

A wet scrubbing tower for suspended particulate matter includes a scrubbing tank for holding scrubbing liquid, a gas inlet, and a plurality of water guide pipes. The gas inlet is connected to a water inlet pipe via a porous pressurized water film pipe. The scrubbing tank has a plurality of corresponding water guide pipes and is configured with multiple meandering flow channels. Venturi tubes, pyramidal packing, and demisters are installed in the flow channels. The waste gas to be treated enters through the gas inlet and is cyclone-driven into the scrubbing liquid, causing the liquid to swirl along the pipe walls, preventing powdery scaling. Water is then sprayed through the meandering flow channels via the water guide pipes, and the Venturi tubes accelerate the gas flow. The pyramidal packing increases the gas / liquid contact area to prevent scaling. Finally, the demister separates the gas and liquid into clean air before discharge, thus achieving the purpose of separating or removing harmful substances or recyclable components from the waste gas.

Claims

1. A wet scrubbing tower for suspended particulate matter, comprising: a scrubbing tank for holding scrubbing liquid, having a gas inlet for inputting waste gas to be treated, a water supply pipe connected to the bottom edge of the scrubbing tank at the top, a plurality of water guide pipes provided in the water supply pipe, and a plurality of corresponding water guide pipes arranged in a multi-segmented flow channel, wherein a spray device of the water guide pipes is used to guide the scrubbing liquid to form a wet wall film by spraying, so as to avoid scaling and prevent the pollutants in the waste gas entering from the gas inlet from forming nuclei due to high humidity; at least one Venturi tube disposed at the front section of the flow channel to accelerate the flow rate of the waste gas; at least one pyramidal structure packing disposed at the middle section of the flow channel to increase the gas / liquid contact surface; and at least one demister disposed at the rear section of the flow channel to separate the gas / liquid into clean air for discharge.

2. The wet scrubbing tower for suspended particles as described in claim 1, wherein, The washing tank is equipped with an exhaust port for releasing clean air and an overflow port for the washing liquid to overflow on both sides.

3. The wet scrubbing tower for suspended particles as described in claim 1, wherein, The gas inlet is equipped with a porous pressurized water film pipe, and a water inlet pipe connected to the water supply pipe is provided on the water film pipe. The washing liquid is introduced through the water film pipe in a cyclone manner, so that the washing liquid rotates along the pipe wall, thereby preventing powder scale from forming on the pipe wall.

4. The wet scrubbing tower for suspended particles as described in claim 1, wherein, The outlet of the water pipe is equipped with a spray device to supply washing liquid to form a wet wall film by spraying.

5. The wet scrubbing tower for suspended particles as described in claim 1, wherein, The spraying device injects a solid water jet with a high-pressure jet angle of less than 30 degrees into the venturi inlet taper. When passing through the throat of the venturi, the turbulent diffusion coefficient is increased due to the compression of the mixed fluid of water, gas and particulate matter, which in turn increases the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient, thereby increasing the removal efficiency of the pollutants.

6. The wet scrubbing tower for suspended particles as described in claim 1, wherein, This pyramid-shaped packing material is composed of structured, finely meshed monofilament material.

7. The wet scrubbing tower for suspended particles as described in claim 1, wherein, The water supply pipe is connected to the outlet of a circulation pump. The inlet of the circulation pump is connected to the bottom edge of the washing tank via an inlet pipe. The washing liquid in the washing tank is drawn out through the inlet of the circulation pump and then output to the water supply pipe through the outlet, so that the washing liquid is circulated.
