Abstract
Claims
1. A CNC machining machine foot pad structure, installed on the bottom of a CNC machining machine and in contact with the ground, the CNC machining machine foot pad structure comprising: a base having a support portion parallel to the ground and a side wall perpendicularly connected to the support portion, the side wall and the support portion defining an accommodating space, the support portion having a guide space at its center communicating with the accommodating space, and the radial dimension of the accommodating space being greater than the radial dimension of the guide space; an elastic element disposed in the accommodating space, the elastic element having a through hole at its center perpendicular to the ground and penetrating through the elastic element; a top cover covering the base, the inner side of the top cover having an annular positioning groove corresponding to the side wall, and the top cover directly or indirectly contacting the elastic element, a support foot of the CNC machining machine resting on the top cover; A rod, one end of which is fixedly connected to the top cover, passes through the through hole in the accommodating space, and the other end of which extends into the guide space; and a buffer washer, which is annularly disposed in the positioning groove and abuts against the top cover and the side wall; when subjected to a vertical component force pointing vertically to the ground, the top cover presses down, causing the elastic element to deform and store a first elastic potential energy, and the rod moves downward relative to the base in the accommodating space and the guide space. When the vertical component force is removed, the elastic element releases the first elastic potential energy and resets, thereby resetting the top cover and the rod; when subjected to a horizontal component force parallel to the ground, the top cover moves horizontally, causing the buffer washer to deform and store a second elastic potential energy. When the horizontal component force is removed, the buffer washer releases the second elastic potential energy and resets, thereby resetting the top cover.
2. The CNC machining machine foot pad structure as described in claim 1, further comprising an upper pressure dividing cylinder and a lower pressure dividing cylinder both disposed in the accommodating space, wherein the upper pressure dividing cylinder is disposed between the upper cover and the elastic element, and the lower pressure dividing cylinder is disposed between the support portion and the elastic element.
3. The CNC machining machine foot pad structure as described in claim 2, further comprising: the upper pressure cylinder having an upper through hole perpendicular to the ground and penetrating the upper pressure cylinder; the upper pressure cylinder having a locking part protruding downward; the lower pressure cylinder having a lower through hole perpendicular to the ground and penetrating the lower pressure cylinder; the locking part extending into the through hole and the lower through hole; and the rod passing through the upper through hole and the lower through hole.
4. The CNC machining machine foot pad structure as described in claim 3, further comprising a gap between the rod and the wall of the upper through hole.
5. The CNC machining machine foot pad structure as described in claim 1, further comprising two disc springs stacked one on top of the other.
6. The CNC machining center foot pad structure as described in claim 1, further comprising: the guide space including a first guide space and a second guide space communicating with each other; the first guide space communicating with the receiving space; the radial dimension of the first guide space being smaller than the radial dimension of the second guide space; the rod including a rod portion and a stop portion communicating with each other; the radial dimension of the rod portion being smaller than the radial dimension of the stop portion; the rod portion passing through the receiving space, extending into the first guide space and into the second guide space; and the stop portion being located in the second guide space.
7. The CNC machining machine foot pad structure as described in claim 1, further comprising: an upper opening above the base connecting the accommodating space and the outside of the base; a lower opening below the base connecting the guide space and the outside of the base; an upper cover attached to the base to close the upper opening; and a base plate attached to the bottom of the base to close the lower opening and contact the ground.
