Abstract

This invention relates to an improved structure for a cooling fan that can change the flow direction and improve performance. It includes: a hub with a drive shaft located at its center; a fan blade assembly including a plurality of fan blades arranged around the periphery of the hub, each fan blade having an upper surface and a lower surface; and a guide band ring assembly including a plurality of guide band walls of thickness, each guide band wall connecting two adjacent fan blades, with one side of the guide band wall connected to the upper surface of one blade and the other side connected to the lower surface of another blade. In this way, the fan blades of the cooling fan can be appropriately connected through the guide band ring assembly to form an excellent overall flow channel and flow direction design, thereby improving the cooling fan's performance, adjustability, and economic efficiency.

Claims

1. An improved structure for a cooling fan that can change the direction of fluid flow and improve efficiency, comprising: a hub, wherein a drive shaft is provided at the center of the hub; a fan blade assembly, including a plurality of fan blades arranged around the periphery of the hub, the fan blades having an upper surface and a lower surface; and a guide band ring assembly, including a plurality of guide band walls with thickness, the guide band walls being connected between two adjacent fan blades, and one side of the guide band wall being connected to the upper surface of one of the blades, and the other side of the guide band wall being connected to the lower surface of another blade.

2. The improved cooling fan structure that can change the flow direction and improve efficiency as described in claim 1, wherein the two adjacent fan blades form a blade assembly unit, and a guide arc wall is further connected to each side of the blade assembly unit.

3. The improved cooling fan structure that can change the flow direction and improve performance as described in claim 1, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of each blade are respectively connected to a different flow-guiding arc wall.

4. The improved cooling fan structure that can change the fluid flow direction and improve efficiency as described in claim 1, wherein the adjacent guide arc wall is respectively set at the same or different distances from the center of the drive shaft of the hub.

5. The improved cooling fan structure that can change the fluid flow direction and improve performance as described in claim 3, wherein the two adjacent fan blades have different blade shapes.

6. The improved cooling fan structure that can change the fluid flow direction and improve efficiency as described in claim 3, wherein the guide arc wall has a first wall arc end located on the upper surface of the fan blade and a second wall arc end located on the lower surface of the fan blade, the distance from the first wall arc end to the center of the drive shaft of the hub is less than the distance from the second wall arc end to the center of the drive shaft of the hub, so that the guide arc wall is arranged in an inward ring.

7. The improved cooling fan structure that can change the flow direction and improve efficiency as described in claim 3, wherein the guide arc wall has a first wall arc end located on the upper surface of the fan blade and a second wall arc end located on the lower surface of the fan blade, the distance from the first wall arc end to the center of the drive shaft of the hub is greater than the distance from the second wall arc end to the center of the drive shaft of the hub, so that the guide arc wall is arranged in an outward ring.

8. An improved structure for a cooling fan that can change the direction of fluid flow and improve efficiency, comprising: a hub, wherein a drive shaft is provided at the center of the hub; a fan blade assembly, including a plurality of fan blades arranged around the periphery of the hub; and a guide band ring assembly, including a plurality of guide band walls with thickness, the guide band walls being connected to the outer ring side of the end of the fan blades, and the plurality of guide band walls being integrally connected in a ring.
