Abstract

A lock body with a limiting structure includes a lock shell, and a square latch assembly, a bevel latch assembly, a dial assembly, and a limiting latch assembly disposed within the lock shell. The limiting latch assembly is located below the bevel latch assembly and is mutually driven with the dial assembly. The limiting latch assembly includes a limiting bevel latch, a limiting rocker arm, and a first torsion spring. The limiting rocker arm is rotatable relative to the lock shell. The first torsion spring and the limiting bevel latch are located on the upper and lower sides of the two ends of the limiting rocker arm, respectively. When the limiting rocker arm rotates relative to the lock shell and abuts against the bevel latch assembly, it prevents the bevel latch assembly from retracting into the lock shell. The inward retraction of the limiting bevel latch drives the limiting rocker arm to rotate, thereby achieving the design of limiting the bevel latch assembly, which is beneficial to improving the safety and reliability of use. When the dial assembly rotates to unlock, the limiting rocker arm can be reset, ensuring the smoothness and effectiveness of unlocking.

Claims

1. A lock body with a limiting structure, comprising a lock shell, and a square latch assembly, a bevel latch assembly, and a dial assembly disposed within the lock shell, characterized in that: the lock body further comprises a limiting latch assembly disposed within the lock shell, the limiting latch assembly being located below the bevel latch assembly and mutually driven with the dial assembly; the limiting latch assembly includes a limiting bevel latch, a limiting rocker arm, a return spring, and a first torsion spring body; the lock shell is provided with a connecting protrusion and a limiting protrusion in a front-rear axial direction; the limiting rocker arm is rotatably mounted on the connecting protrusion, the limiting bevel latch is located below a left swing segment of the limiting rocker arm, and the return spring is fixed between the lock shell and the limiting bevel latch, and constantly has an elastic force that drives the limiting bevel latch to protrude to the left out of the lock shell; The first torsion spring is sleeved on the limiting protrusion. One end of the first torsion spring abuts against the inner wall of the lock housing, and the other end abuts against the top surface of a right swing segment of the limiting rocker arm. The left swing segment and the right swing segment are located on the radial left and right sides of the connecting protrusion, respectively. When the limiting latch is pressed into the lock housing, the limiting rocker arm rotates around the connecting protrusion and swings upwards against the latch assembly with the left swing segment, limiting the latch assembly and preventing it from retracting to the right into the lock housing. At the same time, the dial assembly abuts upwards against the right swing segment of the limiting rocker arm. When the dial assembly rotates, it drives the right swing segment of the limiting rocker arm to swing upwards, while driving the left swing segment to swing downwards and disengage from the latch assembly.

2. The lock body with a limiting structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The limiting rocker arm has a transverse hole through which the connecting protrusion passes, and a guide strip groove extending left and right is provided on the bottom side of the limiting rocker arm. The left swing section of the limiting rocker arm has a guide protrusion extending forward and backward. The top surface of the limiting tongue has a guide protrusion, and the limiting tongue has a guide plate extending upward to the side of the limiting rocker arm. The guide plate has a left-facing inclined guide surface extending to the upper left. The return spring is located in the guide strip groove and is fixed to the lock housing with its left end and to the guide protrusion with its right end. The guide protrusion is disposed in the guide strip groove with left and right displacement. The limiting tongue is elastically driven by the return spring and abuts against the guide protrusion to the left with the inclined guide surface.

3. The lock body with a limiting structure as described in claim 2, wherein, The bottom side of the right swing section is recessed with an abutment surface. The dial assembly includes a dial, a guide plate, and a toggle plate assembly. The top end of the toggle plate assembly is fitted onto the dial and rotates under the drive of the dial. The bottom end of the toggle plate assembly is fixed with a transmission tooth protrusion, and the top end of the toggle plate assembly is provided with a V-shaped protrusion. The top end of the guide plate is rotatably connected to the dial. The bottom end of the guide plate and the transmission tooth protrusion of the toggle plate assembly are both connected to the square tongue assembly. The V-shaped protrusion abuts against the abutment surface. When the dial rotates, it drives the toggle plate assembly and the guide plate to retract the square tongue assembly to the right into the lock housing. The V-shaped protrusion pushes against the abutment surface, causing the limiting rocker arm to rotate around the connecting protrusion, causing the left swing section to disengage from the oblique tongue assembly.

4. The lock body with a limiting structure as described in claim 3, wherein, The square tongue assembly includes a square tongue body, a limiting connecting piece, and a second torsion spring body. The square tongue body has a through-hole and an inclined translation groove. The limiting connecting piece has a through-hole in its center and a mating tooth that meshes with the transmission tooth. The limiting connecting piece also has a positioning post with a forward and backward protrusion and a guide protrusion located below the positioning post. A shaft of the lock housing rotatably passes through the shaft hole of the limiting connecting piece. The guide plate is rotatably mounted on the shaft at its bottom end, and the right end of the second torsion spring is mounted on a support post of the lock housing. The left end of the second torsion spring is mounted on the positioning post. The guide protrusion is movably mounted in the inclined translation groove. When the dial rotates, the actuating plate assembly will drive the mating tooth protrusion, which is engaged with the transmission tooth protrusion, to rotate the limiting connecting plate. The guide protrusion of the limiting connecting plate will move in the inclined translation groove, thereby driving the square tongue to extend to the left or retract into the lock housing to the right.

5. The lock body with a limiting structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The latch assembly includes a latch body and a spring member sleeved on a rod portion of the latch body. The bottom side of the latch body has an integrally formed protrusion portion. The left swing section of the limiting rocker arm can abut to the right side of the protrusion portion to the left, thereby limiting the latch body and preventing it from retracting to the right into the lock housing.
