Abstract

This invention provides a rectifier module installed in a server rack, comprising a housing, a PCB board, and a heat dissipation assembly. The housing is installed in the rack via a snap-fit structure. A high-voltage connector is mounted on the PCB board. The housing includes a top cover, a bottom cover, and a front panel. The top and bottom covers also contain insulating structures. This rectifier module utilizes a snap-fit structure to arrange multiple rectifier modules side-by-side in the rack, effectively improving space utilization and increasing the number of rectifier modules. This, in turn, improves the rectification efficiency of the rectifier module, enabling the rectifier to meet the power supply requirements of high-power-density devices within a limited space. Furthermore, by using the high-voltage connector on the PCB board to connect the three-phase AC input to the rectifier module and outputting the converted DC through the high-voltage connector, the rectification efficiency of the rectifier module is effectively improved, further enhancing space utilization within the rack.
