Abstract

A frame and temple assembly structure includes a frame, two intermediate members, and two temples. The frame has a first connecting portion on each side, each first connecting portion being a groove with a slit in its wall. Each intermediate member has a second connecting portion at one end, and each second connecting portion is combined with a corresponding first connecting portion; each intermediate member has a third connecting portion at the other end. Each temple has a fourth connecting portion at one end, and each fourth connecting portion is combined with a corresponding third connecting portion. Each temple also has a pivot portion adjacent to the fourth connecting portion, allowing each temple to pivot relative to its intermediate member. The slit in the first connecting portion provides elasticity to its wall, facilitating manual assembly or disassembly of the second connecting portion relative to the first connecting portion, thereby providing convenience for temple replacement.

Claims

1. A frame and temple assembly structure, comprising: a frame; two temples; and two intermediary members, wherein the two ends of each intermediary member are respectively connected to the frame and the temples.

2. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The frame has a first joint on each side, each first joint being a groove. Each of the intermediate components has a second joint at one end, each second joint being a rib. Each rib and the groove of the first joint have corresponding contours and are combined with each other.

3. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in claim 2, wherein, Each of the first joints has a groove in its groove wall, and each of the first joints and the corresponding positions of the second joints have a first positioning structure. Each of the first positioning structures includes a first positioning protrusion in each of the first joints and a first positioning recess in each of the second joints.

4. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in claim 3, wherein, Each groove extends along the assembly direction of each intermediate component relative to the frame.

5. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in claim 4, wherein, The orientation of each intermediary component and the frame intersects with the orientation of each intermediary component and each temple, and each intermediary component is located at the corner of the frame and each temple.

6. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in claim 2, wherein, Each of the intermediate components has a third joint at its other end, each of the third joints being a groove, and each of the temples has a fourth joint at one end, each of the fourth joints being a rib. Each of the ribs and the groove of the third joint have corresponding contours and are combined with each other.

7. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in claim 6, wherein, Each of the third joints has a first set of holes in its groove wall, and each of the fourth joints has a second set of holes in its rib. The first set of holes and the second set of holes correspond to each other, and a fastener passes through each of the first set of holes and the second set of holes. Each of the third joints and the fourth joints has a second positioning structure at the corresponding position. Each of the second positioning structures includes a second positioning recess in each of the third joints and a second positioning protrusion in each of the fourth joints.

8. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in claim 6, wherein, Each of the temples has a pivot portion, each of the pivot portions is adjacent to each of the fourth joint portions, and each of the pivot portions has a plurality of opposing pivot holes and a pivot rod passing through the pivot holes.

9. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in claim 2, wherein, Each of the second joints has a rib with an expanded diameter profile, and each of the first joints has a groove with a shape corresponding to the expanded diameter profile.

10. The frame and temple assembly structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein, Each of these temples is a smart temple with an electronic module.
