Abstract
Claims
1. A smoke removal scrubbing tower, comprising a body, one end of which has an oil fume inlet and the other end has an oil fume outlet, and an exhaust device is provided at the oil fume outlet end to provide airflow power; the bottom of the body has a water collection area for collecting and circulating scrubbing liquid; the interior of the body is divided by partitions to form a filtration channel, and the filtration channel has several spray zones and several filter boxes arranged sequentially according to the airflow direction; the spray zone includes a plurality of atomizing nozzles, and the scrubbing liquid can be pressurized by a motor and sprayed out from the atomizing nozzles; the upper and lower ends of the filter box are provided with a mesh structure to allow gas and liquid to flow, and the filter box is filled with a plurality of filter balls; the airflow power provided by the exhaust device at the rear end of the oil fume outlet of the body allows the oil fume to be filtered to be drawn into the body from the oil fume inlet, so that the oil fume passes through the several spray zones and filter boxes in the filtration channel in sequence, and is discharged from the oil fume outlet.

The smoke removal scrubbing tower as described in claim 1, wherein the filter ball inside the machine body is a hollow cylinder formed by winding metal sheets, and its surface is provided with a plurality of inwardly bent arc-shaped punches; when the oily smoke gas passes through the filter ball, the arc-shaped punches can guide the airflow to generate local swirling flow, so that the oily smoke particles adhere to the metal surface or liquid film due to inertial collision, and gradually condense into larger droplets before dripping into the water accumulation area.
