Abstract

A power transmission device includes a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, a third insulating layer, a first conductive plate, a second conductive plate, a plurality of first connecting terminals, a plurality of second connecting terminals, a power input terminal, and a power output terminal. The first conductive plate is fixed between the first and second insulating layers, and the second conductive plate is fixed between the second and third insulating layers. Each connecting terminal penetrates all the aforementioned layers, and a circular insulator is embedded at the position where it penetrates a non-corresponding conductive plate to prevent arcing and short circuits. Therefore, this device can achieve safe and efficient power transmission under high voltage and high current conditions, and uses plastic fasteners instead of adhesive fixation, effectively reducing production costs and improving assembly efficiency.
