Abstract
Claims
1. A nozzle module, suitable for use with a hollow shaft, comprising: a housing unit having a fixing seat and a nozzle seat, and a housing surrounding the fixing seat and the nozzle seat, the fixing seat having a first seat portion, a first protrusion extending from the first seat portion and inserted into the nozzle seat, and a body channel penetrating the fixing seat and suitable for inserting the hollow shaft, the nozzle seat having a second seat portion spaced apart from the first seat portion and for inserting the first protrusion of the fixing seat, a second protrusion protruding from the second seat portion, a nozzle channel spaced apart from the body channel, and a nozzle chamber communicating between the body channel and the nozzle channel, the housing having a guide groove extending vertically and penetrating internally and externally; and an elastic member sleeved on the first protrusion of the fixing seat and abutting between the first seat portion of the fixing seat and the second seat portion of the nozzle seat. A guide member is inserted into the guide groove and the nozzle seat of the housing; and a nozzle sleeve is installed on the second protrusion of the nozzle seat.
2. The suction module as described in claim 1, wherein, The housing is provided with limiting walls located on opposite sides of the guide groove, each of which abuts against the guide member.
3. The suction module as described in claim 1, wherein, The guide is inserted laterally into the guide groove and the second seat of the nozzle seat.
4. The suction module as described in claim 1, wherein, The first seat portion of the fixed seat is provided with a first annular groove that connects to the seat body channel, and the seat housing unit is also provided with a first sealing element disposed in the first annular groove.
5. The suction module as described in claim 1, wherein, The housing unit is also provided with a second sealing element disposed between the first protrusion of the fixed seat and the nozzle seat.
6. The suction module as described in claim 5, wherein, The first protrusion of the fixing seat, opposite to the first seat portion of the fixing seat, has a second annular groove for accommodating the second seal.
7. The suction module as described in claim 1, wherein, The housing also has an internal space for accommodating the mounting base and the nozzle seat, the internal space of which cooperates with the nozzle chamber to allow the nozzle seat to move relative to the mounting base.
8. The suction module as described in claim 1, wherein, The elastic element provides a spring force that pushes the second seat of the nozzle seat away from the first seat of the fixed seat.
9. The suction module as described in claim 8, wherein, The elastic element is a compression spring that fits over the first protrusion of the fixed seat.
10. The suction module as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The housing unit is also provided with several first fasteners that extend laterally and are inserted into the first seat portion of the fixed seat, each of the first fasteners being adapted to abut against the hollow shaft.
11. The suction module as described in claim 10, wherein, The first fixing members are arranged in pairs opposite each other.
12. The suction module as described in claim 1, wherein, The second protrusion of the nozzle holder has a first section inserted into the housing and a second section located outside the housing for mounting the nozzle. The first section surrounds the nozzle chamber and the second section surrounds the nozzle channel.
13. The nozzle module as described in claim 12, wherein, The first section of the second protrusion is provided with a wall that connects to the second seat of the nozzle seat and surrounds the nozzle chamber, and an annular wall that connects the second section and is spaced apart from the first protrusion of the fixed seat.
14. A pick-and-place mechanism, comprising: a frame; a drive unit disposed on the frame and provided with a power source, and a hollow shaft that can be driven and rotated by the power source and as described in any one of claims 1 to 13; and a nozzle module as described in any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the seat channel of the fixed base is for the hollow shaft to be inserted for the nozzle module to be assembled on the hollow shaft.
15. The pick-and-place mechanism as described in claim 14, wherein, The hollow shaft has a first end inserted into the seat channel of the fixed base, and a second end opposite to the first end. The pick-and-place mechanism also has a connector installed at the second end and in gas communication with the hollow shaft, a gas nozzle installed on the connector and in gas communication with the connector, and a negative pressure unit in gas communication with the gas nozzle and capable of forming a negative pressure environment.
16. The pick-and-place mechanism as described in claim 15 further includes a detection unit, which includes a sensed element mounted on the adapter or the air nozzle, and a sensor mounted on the frame.
17. The pick-and-place mechanism as described in claim 14, wherein, The frame is provided with a ring seat portion that supports the drive unit. The ring seat portion has a seat opening that extends along a first direction and accommodates the fixing seat of the nozzle module, and a through hole that extends laterally and connects to the seat opening.
