Abstract

A heat-resistant terminal block for a stove includes a first insulating plate, a second insulating plate, and at least one conductive strip extending through the first insulating plate and the second insulating plate. The first insulating plate and the second insulating plate are respectively installed on both sides of the stove wall, and the stove forms a heating chamber and a normal temperature zone through the stove wall, so that the conductive strip can provide insulation and module benefits through the protection of the first insulating plate and the second insulating plate, thereby serving as a wire terminal between the heating chamber and the normal temperature zone.

Claims

1. A heat-resistant terminal block for a stove, mounted on a stove wall, the stove having a heating chamber and a normal temperature zone with a temperature relatively lower than the heating chamber formed by the stove wall, the stove wall including a first end face located within the heating chamber and a second end face spaced apart from the first end face and located in the normal temperature zone, a set of mounting holes being formed between the first end face and the second end face for mounting the terminal block, the terminal block comprising: A first insulating plate and a second insulating plate are provided, the first insulating plate being mounted on the first end face and the second insulating plate being mounted on the second end face, and the first insulating plate and the second insulating plate respectively sealing the double-ended openings of the set of holes; and at least one conductive strip extending through the first insulating plate and the second insulating plate and suspended in the set of holes, the conductive strip forming a first terminal exposed in the heating chamber and a second terminal exposed in the ambient temperature zone at its two ends, for providing at least two wires electrically connected to each other via the first terminal and the second terminal respectively.

2. The heat-resistant terminal block of the stove as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stove wall further includes an orifice wall, and the set of holes and the orifice are formed by the orifice wall.

3. The heat-resistant terminal block of the stove as claimed in claim 1, wherein the furnace wall between the first end face and the second end face is filled with heat-insulating material.

4. The heat-resistant terminal block of the stove as claimed in claim 3, wherein the set of holes is filled with insulating material.

5. A heat-resistant terminal block for a furnace as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the ambient temperature zone is formed by the interior space of a factory building where the furnace is placed.

6. A heat-resistant terminal block for a furnace as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the ambient temperature zone is an electromechanical compartment inside the furnace.
