Abstract

This invention provides a glass breaker and a self-defense device using the same. Its main features include a breaking section arranged far apart from each other along an axial direction and a set of ends, wherein the breaking section is provided with at least one rigid protrusion protruding radially; thereby, because the rigid protrusion is provided on the annular conical surface and its protrusion direction is biased towards the radial angle, the user can easily break the glass by swinging it radially during use, thereby improving the effectiveness and flexibility of the glass breaker.

Claims

1. A breaker comprising a breaker section disposed apart from each other along an axial direction and a set of ends, wherein the breaker section is provided with at least one rigid protrusion projecting laterally toward the radial direction.

2. The breaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the breaker section is laterally formed with an annular conical surface such that the rigid protrusion is attached to the annular conical surface.

3. The breaker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inclination angle of the annular cone is between 40 and 80 degrees.

4. The breaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rigid protrusions are arranged in a plurality of spaced rings.

5. The breaker as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rigid spikes are arranged in a single row or multiple rows.

6. The breaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rigid protrusion is of the form in which a plurality of protrusions are formed on the outer side of a single ring.

7. The breaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the assembly includes any one of the following types: stud, cylinder, corner post, magnetic, clamp, groove or snap fastener.

8. The breaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein an axial end face is further formed at the center of the breaker section, and the axial end face is provided with an axial protrusion.

9. A self-defense device comprising a device body including a primary action portion and a secondary action portion, wherein the secondary action portion has a set of devices for positioning the set of devices of a demolition device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.

10. The self-defense device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the self-defense device is a baton, the main functional part of the device body is a pole segment, and the assembly part of the secondary functional part is located at one end of the pole segment.

11. The self-defense device as described in claim 9, wherein the self-defense device is a police shield, the main functional part of the device body is a shield plate, and the assembly part of the secondary functional part is located on one side of the shield plate.
