Abstract

This disclosure provides a support device, comprising: a vertical column including two sliding grooves, each sliding groove having a front contact surface and a rear contact surface opposite to each other; a trolley disposed within the vertical column; two upper rolling modules respectively disposed on opposite sides of the trolley and slidably disposed in the sliding grooves; two lower rolling modules respectively disposed on opposite sides of the trolley and slidably disposed in the sliding grooves, and arranged vertically and vertically with the upper rolling modules along a direction of gravity; and a load-bearing module fixed to the trolley and used to support a display; wherein, when the load-bearing module bears a torque generated by the display, causing the trolley to deflect within the vertical column, the upper rolling modules contact the front contact surface, and the lower rolling modules contact the rear contact surface.

Claims

1. A support device for supporting a display on a working surface, the support device comprising: A column comprises: a housing extending along a direction of gravity; two grooves spaced apart from each other along the direction of gravity and each having a front contact surface and a rear contact surface; a receiving space defined by the housing and disposed between and communicating with the grooves; and an opening formed along the direction of gravity in the housing and communicating with the receiving space; a trolley disposed in the receiving space and exposed through the opening; two upper rolling modules disposed on opposite sides of the trolley and slidably disposed in the grooves; two lower rolling modules disposed on opposite sides of the trolley and slidably disposed in the grooves, and arranged vertically with the upper rolling modules along the direction of gravity; and a supporting module fixed to the trolley and extending out of the opening in a first horizontal direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity, for supporting the display. When the load-bearing module carries a torque generated by the display, causing the trolley to deflect in the accommodating space, the upper rolling module contacts the front contact surface, and the lower rolling module contacts the rear contact surface.

2. The support device as described in claim 1, wherein, Each of the upper rolling modules includes two upper rollers, and each of the lower rolling modules includes two lower rollers. The diameters of the upper rollers and the lower rollers are smaller than the width between the front contact surface and the rear contact surface along the first horizontal direction. This is so that when the trolley deflects in the accommodating space, the upper rollers contact the front contact surface but not the rear contact surface, and the lower rollers contact the rear contact surface but not the front contact surface.

3. The support device as described in claim 2, wherein, Each of the upper rolling modules further includes an upper plate, and the upper rollers are respectively pivotally connected to the opposite ends of the upper plate and arranged vertically along the direction of gravity. Each of the lower rolling modules further includes a lower plate, and the lower rollers are respectively pivotally connected to the opposite ends of the lower plate and arranged vertically along the direction of gravity.

4. The support device as described in claim 3, wherein, Each of the upper rolling modules further includes an upper main shaft, which passes through the upper plate and is located between the upper rollers and is fixed to the trolley, thereby allowing the upper plate to rotate relative to the trolley with the upper main shaft as its axis. Each of the lower rolling modules further includes a lower main shaft, which passes through the lower plate and is located between the lower rollers and is fixed to the trolley, thereby allowing the lower plate to rotate relative to the trolley with the lower main shaft as its axis.

5. The support device as described in claim 4, wherein, Each of the upper rolling modules further includes an upper shell, through which the upper main shaft passes and is correspondingly disposed on the upper plate, and the upper roller is disposed between the upper shell and the upper plate. Each of the lower rolling modules further includes a lower shell, through which the lower main shaft passes and is correspondingly disposed on the lower plate, and the lower roller is disposed between the lower shell and the lower plate.

6. The support device as described in claim 5, wherein, The upper shell has two upper front ribs and two upper rear ribs, and the lower shell has two lower front ribs and two lower rear ribs. When the trolley deflects in the accommodating space, the upper front ribs contact the front contact surface, the upper rear ribs do not contact the rear contact surface, the lower rear ribs contact the rear contact surface, and the lower front ribs do not contact the front contact surface.

7. The support device as described in claim 6, wherein, Each of the upper rolling modules further includes two upper shafts, each upper shaft passing through the upper roller and fixed to opposite ends of the upper plate, so that the upper roller can rotate around the upper shaft. Each of the lower rolling modules further includes two lower shafts, each lower shaft passing through the lower roller and fixed to opposite ends of the lower plate, so that the lower roller can rotate around the lower shaft.

8. The support device as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, The width of the trolley along a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity and the first horizontal direction is less than or equal to the width of the opening along the second horizontal direction. When the trolley deflects in the accommodating space, the trolley portion is accommodated in the opening.

9. The support device as described in claim 8, wherein each of the upper rolling modules and each of the lower rolling modules is a seesaw mechanism.

10. The support device as described in claim 9, wherein, The support module includes a protruding neck and a support member. The protruding neck is fixed to the trolley and protrudes from the housing. The support member is connected to the protruding neck and is used to support the display.
