Abstract
Claims
1. A solvent condensation extraction structure for an industrial oven, comprising: a frame fixedly connected to an industrial oven, the frame having a guide frame; and a plurality of heat exchange modules removably disposed on the frame, each heat exchange module comprising: a quick-release water inlet connected to a cooling water pipe; a quick-release drain outlet connected to a drain pipe; and a heat dissipation fin assembly having a water channel internally, the water channel being respectively connected to the quick-release water inlet and the quick-release drain outlet; wherein... Each heat exchange module can be moved into or out of the guide frame; when a hot airflow passes through the heat dissipation fins of the heat exchange modules, the solvent in the hot airflow condenses and adheres to the heat dissipation fins.
2. The solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 1, wherein the number of heat exchange modules is at least three sets, and they are sequentially arranged on the hot air flow path of the industrial oven.

The solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 2, wherein the heat exchange modules are arranged in sequence as follows: a first heat exchange module, which is disposed at the inlet end of the hot air flow direction for condensing and intercepting high concentrations of gaseous solvent; a second heat exchange module, which is disposed behind the first heat exchange module for cooling the hot air after passing through the first heat exchange module; and a third heat exchange module, which is disposed behind the second heat exchange module for final condensation of residual solvent in the hot air after passing through the second heat exchange module.

The solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 1, the frame is further provided with a differential pressure sensor, which is used to monitor the airflow pressure difference before and after the heat exchange modules in order to determine the blockage state of the heat exchange modules.

The solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 1, wherein the base or side of the heat exchange modules is provided with sliding elements corresponding to the guide frame, the sliding elements being selected from a group consisting of pulleys, sliders or slide rails.
6. In the solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 1, the quick-release water inlet and the quick-release drain outlet are quick-release connectors.
7. The solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 1, wherein the quick-release water inlet and the quick-release drain outlet are flange structures with displacement tolerance.
8. The solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 1, wherein each heat exchange module is further provided with a handle on its outer side.
9. The solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 1, wherein a solvent collection box is further provided below the frame for collecting the solvent dripping from the heat exchange modules.
10. The solvent condensation extraction structure of the industrial oven as described in claim 9, wherein the solvent collection box is an extraction structure.
