Abstract

This invention, as a flat-plate bent chemical filter, mainly comprises a combination design of at least one filter and a frame. The filter consists of a first layer of cloth, a second layer of cloth, and a plurality of zeolite particles, with the zeolite particles disposed between the first and second layers of cloth. The frame is provided with a penetration space, and the filter is stacked in the penetration space in a bent manner. The airflow to be purified passes through the first and second layers of cloth and also through the zeolite particles between the first and second layers of cloth, thereby achieving the ability to adsorb molecular pollutants. Through physical adsorption and chemical neutralization, the effect of filtering chemical gases is achieved.

Claims

1. A flat, bent chemical filter screen, comprising: At least one filter screen, which is composed of a first layer of cloth, a second layer of cloth, and a plurality of zeolite particles, wherein the first layer of cloth and the second layer of cloth are fibrous fabrics, the zeolite particles are disposed between the first layer of cloth and the second layer of cloth, and the first layer of cloth, the zeolite particles, and the second layer of cloth are heated and pressed together; and a frame having a through space, wherein the filter screen is stacked in the through space in a bent manner.

2. The flat-plate bent chemical filter as described in claim 1, wherein the filter is further combined with a flexible metal mesh.

3. The flat-plate bent chemical filter as described in claim 1, wherein the first layer of fabric is further composed of any one or a combination of natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

4. The flat-plate bent chemical filter as described in claim 1, wherein the second layer of fabric is further composed of any one or a combination of natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

5. The flat-plate bent chemical filter as described in claim 1, wherein the zeolite particles are further either a porous aluminosilicate mineral with a hydrous framework structure or a natural ion exchange material.

6. The flat-plate bent chemical filter as described in claim 1, wherein the zeolite particles are further comprising any one or a combination of two or more of ZSM-5, type A zeolite, type X zeolite, type Y zeolite, high silica molecular sieve or metal-organic framework (MOF).

7. The flat-plate bent chemical filter screen as described in claim 1, wherein the heating and pressing system further transmits hot air into the first layer of cloth and the second layer of cloth, so that the first layer of cloth and the second layer of cloth can dissolve and adhere to each other.

8. The flat-type bent chemical filter screen as described in claim 1, wherein the heating and pressing system further heats at least one hot roller and presses the first layer of cloth or the second layer of cloth through the hot roller, so that the first layer of cloth and the second layer of cloth can be heat-pressed and bonded.

9. The flat-plate bent chemical filter as described in claim 1, wherein the frame system is further made of metal.

10. The flat-plate bent chemical filter as described in claim 1, wherein the frame system is further comprising any one of a circular, elliptical, triangular, quadrilateral, pentagonal, hexagonal, or polygonal shape.
