Abstract

This invention provides a "car floor mat," which consists of a surface layer, a waterproof layer, a cushion layer, and a base layer stacked sequentially and assembled into a composite mat using a hot-rolling bonding process. The surface layer features varied patterns and provides a non-slip surface; the waterproof layer is a flexible, water-resistant thin layer; the cushion layer is a high-density foam material with a thickness between 5mm and 9mm; and the base layer has a non-slip surface on its bottom. Furthermore, the composite mat has a vertical rim around its perimeter, comprising a horizontal portion fixed to the perimeter by a covering layer, and an upright portion sloping inwards towards the inside of the composite mat. Through this structure, the floor mat provides a soft and comfortable feel, as well as waterproof and moisture-proof properties. The inwardly sloping vertical rim creates a leak-proof design, effectively preventing water or mud from shoes from spilling onto the car floor. It also firmly adheres to the car's interior fleece lining without damaging it, achieving a combination of aesthetics, safety, and ease of cleaning.

Claims

1. A car floor mat, characterized in that it comprises: a composite mat body, which is composed of a surface layer, a waterproof layer, a soft pad layer and a base layer stacked sequentially and assembled by a hot-rolling adhesive process; wherein, The surface layer has a beautiful surface with varied patterns; the waterproof layer is a water-resistant thin layer of flexible material; the cushion layer is a high-density foam material; the bottom surface of the base layer is formed as a non-slip surface; and a vertical eave has a cross-section that is slightly L-shaped with a horizontal part and a vertical part extending from the horizontal part.
