Abstract

This invention relates to a real-time online measurement and error calculation system for workpieces. It comprises a computer device, a machine tool, an information collection platform, and a probe device. The computer device is equipped with CAD / CAM software, analysis software, detection software, and comparison software. The machine tool is electrically connected to the computer device via a network interface. The information collection platform is electrically connected to both the computer device and the machine tool to collect relevant information from both devices and transmit signals. The probe device is installed on the workpiece... The probe device is electrically connected to the machine tool and the information collection platform via the network interface of the machine. Through the detection path generated by the detection software, the probe device automatically performs online detection on the processed workpiece and transmits the detection results to the comparison software of the computer device via the information collection platform for comparison. This allows the online real-time measurement and error calculation system of the workpiece to achieve workpiece measurement technology that simultaneously reduces costs and increases measurement efficiency and frequency by eliminating the need to disassemble the workpiece through an automated detection process.

Claims

1. A real-time online measurement and error calculation system for a workpiece, comprising: a computer device equipped with CAD / CAM software, analysis software, detection software, and comparison software; the CAD / CAM software is used to perform 3D modeling of a workpiece model and convert it into a machining path; the analysis software is electrically connected to the CAD / CAM software and is used to analyze the machining path; the detection software is electrically connected to the CAD / CAM software to generate a corresponding detection path; and the comparison software is electrically connected to the CAD / CAM software to compare the CAD model of the workpiece with the detection results; and a machine tool table electrically connected to the computer device via a network interface. An information collection platform is electrically connected to the computer equipment and the machine tool to collect relevant information from the computer equipment and the machine tool, and to transmit the relevant information via signals; and a probe device is installed on the machine tool and electrically connected to the machine's network interface and the information collection platform. The probe device automatically performs online inspection of the processed workpiece through the inspection path generated by the inspection software, and transmits the inspection results to the comparison software of the computer equipment via the information collection platform for comparison.

The workpiece online real-time measurement and calculation error system as described in claim 1, wherein the computer device is equipped with error compensation software, which is electrically connected to the comparison software, so as to compensate or adjust the error based on the result of the comparison software; the machine networking interface is equipped with a controller, which can be triggered in real time by the error compensation software to perform positioning error compensation and related adjustment mechanisms on the machine tool.

The workpiece online real-time measurement and calculation error system as described in claim 2, wherein the workpiece online real-time measurement and calculation error system uses an SPC control chart to determine whether the machining accuracy has entered a warning or abnormal state. When the system detects an abnormal trend, it can trigger the positioning error compensation and related adjustment mechanism for the machine tool in real time through the controller via the machine's network interface.

4. The workpiece online real-time measurement and error calculation system as described in claim 3, wherein the controller of the network interface of the machine is one of FANUC, Siemens or HEIDENHAIN.
