Abstract

This invention relates to an air purification rack structure, mainly comprising an outer frame, a positioning mesh frame, and a dirt isolation mesh. The outer frame and the positioning mesh frame are made of plastic and are flat cubes with internal spaces, and each has a hollow area at the front and back, allowing the internal space to communicate with the outside. The positioning mesh frame and the dirt isolation mesh are folding fan structures with alternating peaks and valleys, and are stacked correspondingly within the space of the outer frame. Claims

1. An air-based dust removal rack structure, mainly comprising an outer frame, a positioning mesh frame, and a dust isolation mesh; wherein: The outer frame, made of plastic, is a cubic frame with an internal space. It includes a border and a plurality of reinforcing strips. The border has at least a peripheral wall surrounding the perimeter, forming openings on the front and rear sides, thus creating a through-through connection. Multiple reinforcing strips each cross the front and rear openings and connect to the corresponding front and rear edges of the peripheral wall. The border and reinforcing strips define the space. The positioning mesh frame, also made of plastic, has a mesh body with numerous diamond-shaped openings created by the interlacing of numerous first and second diagonal rods. The mesh body is continuously and repeatedly folded to form a fan-shaped structure with alternating peaks and valleys. The positioning mesh frame is placed within the space. The waste isolation net has a fan-shaped structure with peaks and valleys spaced out by continuous and repeated concave folds. The waste isolation net is placed in the space on the front side of the positioning frame. The peaks and valleys of the fan-shaped structure of the waste isolation net correspond to the peaks and valleys of the fan-shaped structure of the positioning frame, so that the positioning frame and the waste isolation net are positioned in a corresponding manner.
