Air purifier filter module

Abstract

An air purifier filter module includes an air inlet detachably disposed in an air purifier. The air purifier filter module of this embodiment includes a mounting frame, a filter cotton body, a first electrostatic filter cotton, and a second electrostatic filter cotton. The mounting frame forms an installation space, and has a first opening and a second opening. The filter cotton body is disposed in and completely fills the installation space, and has a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to each other, the first surface being adjacent to the first opening and the second surface being adjacent to the second opening. The first electrostatic filter cotton is disposed on the first surface. The second electrostatic filter cotton is disposed on the second surface. The first and second surfaces are flat surfaces.

Claims

1. An air purifier filter module, detachably disposed at an air inlet (M1) of an air purifier (M), the air purifier filter module (1) comprising: An installation frame (10) surrounds an installation space (S), the installation frame (10) having a first edge (11) and a second edge (12) disposed opposite to each other, the first edge (11) surrounding to form a first opening (13), and the second edge (12) surrounding to form a second opening (14); a filter cotton body (20) disposed in the installation space (S) and completely filling the installation space (S), the filter cotton body (20) having a first surface (21) and a second surface (22) disposed opposite to each other, the first surface (21) being close to the first opening (13), the second surface (22) being close to the second opening (14), and the filter cotton body (20) having a porous structure; A first electrostatic filter (30) is disposed on the first surface (21) and adjacent to the first edge (11); and a second electrostatic filter (40) is disposed on the second surface (22) and adjacent to the second edge (12); wherein the first surface (21) and the second surface (22) are flat surfaces.

The air purifier filter module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting frame (10) has a step portion (15) disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the mounting frame (10) and adjacent to the first edge (11), the step portion (15) abutting against the edge of the air inlet (M1) such that the mounting frame (10) is limited at the air inlet (M1).

3. The air purifier filter module as claimed in claim 2 further includes two pull straps (50) respectively disposed between the filter cotton body (20) and the mounting frame (10), and each of the pull straps (50) extends through the first opening (13).

4. The air purifier filter module as claimed in claim 3, wherein the two pull straps (50) are located on opposite sides of the first edge (11) and correspond to the horizontal direction of the air inlet (M1).

5. The air purifier filter module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting frame (10) has a rigid porous structure.

6. The air purifier filter module as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mounting frame (10) has a non-woven fabric structure.
