Abstract

This invention provides a solid-liquid oil-water separation device, comprising: a suction power source, a liquid level adjustment and communication mechanism, a float control support frame, multiple buoyancy units, and a solid-liquid screening filter cartridge. The suction power source is connected to a discharge pipeline. One end of the liquid level adjustment and communication mechanism is connected to one inlet of the suction power source, and can automatically adjust its extension length within a predetermined range in response to changes in liquid level while maintaining internal communication. The float control support frame is located at the other end of the liquid level adjustment and communication mechanism and has a collection inlet and multiple support columns. The multiple buoyancy units provide buoyancy to support the float control support frame. The support base plate of the frame is kept submerged at a predetermined draft depth below the liquid surface, and each of the supporting columns can be raised and lowered relative to the support base plate to adjust the distance between each buoyancy unit and the support base plate. The solid-liquid screening filter cylinder is attached to the support base plate and surrounds the collection inlet therein. The solid-liquid screening filter cylinder is provided with a plurality of screening and filtering holes, at least a portion of which is located below the liquid surface. In this way, when the present invention sucks up the flowing floating oil on the liquid surface, it blocks blockage of lumpy grease and solid impurities, effectively preventing blockage of pipelines and power source.

Claims

1. A solid-liquid oil-water separation device, comprising: a suction power source (10) connected to a delivery pipeline (11); a liquid level adjustment and connection mechanism (20), one end of which is connected to an inlet end of the suction power source (10), the liquid level adjustment and connection mechanism (20) can automatically respond to a change in liquid level height within a predetermined range to adjust its extension length, and always maintain the internal fluid guiding passage connected when its extension length is adjusted; a float control support frame (30), which is fixedly disposed at the other end of the liquid level adjustment and connection mechanism (20), the float control support frame (30) comprising a support base plate (31) and a collection suction port (311) opened on the support base plate (31) and communicating with the fluid guiding passage; A plurality of buoyancy units (40), each disposed on the buoyancy control support frame (30), are used to provide buoyancy to keep the support base plate (31) submerged at a predetermined draft depth below the liquid surface; and a solid-liquid screening filter cartridge (50), which is cylindrical in structure and attached to the support base plate (31), and the solid-liquid screening filter cartridge (50) completely surrounds and covers the collection inlet (311) within it. The solid-liquid sieving filter cylinder (50) has a plurality of sieving and filtering holes (51) on its circumferential wall surface, and at least a portion of each sieving and filtering hole (51) is located below the liquid surface. In this way, when the buoyancy support frame (30) floats with the multiple buoyancy units (40) and keeps the support base plate (31) below the liquid surface, the suction power source (10) generates suction force through the fluid guide passage and the collection inlet (311), so that the fluid floating oil and some liquid on the liquid surface are filtered through the multiple screening filter holes (51) and enter the solid-liquid screening filter cylinder (50). They are then drawn from the collection inlet (311) through the liquid level adjustment and communication mechanism (20) to the discharge pipeline (11) by the suction power source (10). Blocky oil and solid impurities larger than the screening size of the multiple screening filter holes (51) are blocked and remain outside the solid-liquid screening filter cylinder (50).

The solid-liquid oil-water separation device as described in claim 1, wherein the liquid level adjustment and communication mechanism (20) comprises an outer tube (21) and an inner tube (22) that are sleeved together, the inner tube (22) being axially slidable relative to the outer tube (21), and a limiting structure is provided between the outer tube (21) and the inner tube (22) to limit the range of the axial sliding.

The solid-liquid oil-water separation device as described in claim 2, wherein the outer tube (21) has a longitudinal elongated hole (211) on its wall and the inner tube (22) has a limiting member (23) extending into the longitudinal elongated hole (211). The axial sliding range is limited by the movement of the limiting member (23) within the longitudinal elongated hole (211), and the limiting member (23) is restricted by both sides of the hole wall of the longitudinal elongated hole (211) to prevent the inner tube (22), the buoyancy control support frame (30), the multiple buoyancy units (40) and the solid-liquid screening filter cylinder (50) from radially rotating.

The solid-liquid oil-water separation device as described in claim 1, wherein the support base plate (31) of the float control support frame (30) is a triangular plate, and the float control support frame (30) further includes three support columns (32) vertically arranged at the three apex corners of the triangular plate, and the plurality of buoyancy units (40) are respectively arranged on the three support columns (32).

The solid-liquid oil-water separation device as described in claim 4, wherein the bottom of each buoyancy unit (40) is connected to each support column (32), and a draft adjustment structure is provided between each support column (32) and the bearing base plate (31) so that each support column (32) can be raised and lowered relative to the bearing base plate (31) to adjust the distance between each buoyancy unit (40) and the bearing base plate (31).

The solid-liquid oil-water separation device as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of screening filter holes (51) are longitudinally extending elongated axial holes and are arranged in an equally spaced ring along the circumferential wall of the solid-liquid screening filter cylinder (50).
