Abstract

This invention is a quick-release, modular plastic formwork device, mainly comprising multiple plastic formwork panels, multiple pins, and multiple positioning and fixing components. Each plastic formwork panel includes a front panel and multiple side panels surrounding the perimeter of the front panel, with multiple through holes formed in one of the side panels. When two adjacent plastic formwork panels are assembled, their respective side panels are attached to each other, and the through holes on each side panel are aligned accordingly. Each pin is inserted into the corresponding through holes, and the body of each pin further forms a fixing through hole. Each positioning and fixing component is inserted into the fixing through hole of each pin, thereby creating mechanical physical interference to limit the axial position of the pin. This invention completely abandons the traditional threaded locking mechanism, achieving excellent results in tool-free anti-sticking, extremely fast assembly and disassembly, and strong clamping through the quick insertion and removal of the pins and positioning and fixing components, significantly improving the construction efficiency of construction projects.

Claims

1. A quick-release modular plastic template device, comprising: a plurality of plastic templates, each plastic template including: a panel, a plurality of side panels surrounding the periphery of the panel, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in one of the side panels, the side panels of each plastic template being correspondingly attached and the through holes on each side panel being correspondingly provided; a plurality of pins, each pin being respectively inserted into the correspondingly provided through holes, the pin forming a fixing through hole; and a plurality of positioning fasteners, each positioning fastener being respectively inserted into the fixing through hole in each pin to restrict the position of the pin.

2. The quick-release modular plastic template device as described in claim 1, wherein each of the perforations further forms each of the side plates located on the panel surface.

3. The quick-release modular plastic template device as described in claim 1, wherein the positioning fastener defines a first side with a width smaller than that of the fixing hole and a second side with a width larger than that of the fixing hole, and the side connecting the first side and the second side is provided to abut against the fixing hole.

4. The quick-release modular plastic template device as described in claim 3, wherein the positioning and fixing member is a wedge-shaped plate with a gradually increasing thickness, the wedge-shaped plate being designed to be tightly secured in the fixing hole by means of the gradually increasing thickness from the first side to the second side.

5. The quick-release modular plastic template device as described in claim 3, wherein the positioning and fixing member forms an operating hole for clamping and pulling out adjacent to the second side.

6. The quick-release modular plastic template device as described in claim 1, wherein the pin is a cone and has a top abutting against the side plate on one side.

7. The quick-release modular plastic template device as described in claim 1, wherein the material of the plastic template is: polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), or high-density polyethylene (PE / HDPE).

8. The quick-release modular plastic template device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the plastic templates further includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs disposed on the inner side of the panel facing away from the side panel.
