Abstract
Claims
1. A flexible hinge structure for the temple of a mirror, mainly comprising: A single-shot script body, with a limiting surface set at its front; The device includes a cantilever with its fixed end connected to the base of the eyeglasses and its free end having a pivot seat for pivotal connection to the eyeglass frame. The cantilever is separated from the side wall of the base of the eyeglasses by a dynamic compensation space, allowing the base of the eyeglasses to expand outwards a second time along the dynamic compensation space with the cantilever as a fulcrum after it is unfolded. When the secondary expansion reaches a preset safety value, the limiting surface generates structural interference to limit the excessive deformation of the cantilever.
2. The temple elastic hinge structure as described in claim 1, wherein the structure interferes with the limiting surface contacting the eyeglass frame.
3. The temple elastic hinge structure as described in claim 1, wherein the pivot seat is provided with a groove for a pivot portion of the eyeglass frame to be pivotally engaged.
4. The resilient hinge structure of the temple as described in claim 1, wherein the cantilever extends integrally from the inside of the temple body.
5. The temple elastic hinge structure as described in claim 1, wherein a contact surface is formed on one side of the pivot seat, and the contact surface abuts against the eyeglass frame body after the temple body is unfolded.
6. The resilient hinge structure of the mirror temple as described in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the cantilever is less than the thickness of the mirror temple body.
7. The elastic hinge structure of the temple as described in claim 1, wherein one end of the cantilever is provided with a base with a cross-sectional area larger than that of the cantilever, and the base is connected to the temple body.
