Abstract

A water bottle includes a cup body and a lid assembly. The cup body has a beverage-containing space. The lid assembly includes a base, a flip-top, and a positioning element. The base fits onto the cup body and has an opening. The opening communicates with the beverage-containing space. One side of the flip-top is pivotally mounted to the base. The flip-top is used to cover or open the opening. The positioning element is movably mounted on the base. When the flip-top covers the opening, the positioning element is detachably mounted on the other side of the flip-top to position the flip-top. This structure improves the ease of operation of the water bottle's lid.

Claims

1. A water bottle comprising: a cup body having a beverage holding space; and a cup lid assembly comprising: a base for covering the cup body and having an opening communicating with the beverage holding space; a flip lid, one side of which is pivotally mounted to the base and is used to cover or open the opening; and a positioning member movably disposed on the base, and when the flip lid covers the opening, the positioning member is detachably disposed on the other side of the flip lid to position the flip lid.

The water bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flip cap has a bottom surface and a top surface facing away from each other, the bottom surface facing the opening, the positioning member has an operating surface and a positioning surface facing away from each other, and the positioning member is detachably disposed on the top surface of the flip cap through the positioning surface.

The water bottle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the positioning member includes a connected positioning portion and at least one sliding protrusion, the base further having at least one first groove, and the at least one sliding protrusion being slidably disposed in the at least one first groove.

4. The water bottle as claimed in claim 3, wherein the positioning part has the operating surface and the positioning surface, and the at least one sliding protrusion is connected to the positioning surface.

5. The water bottle as claimed in claim 3, wherein the base further has a second groove, and the positioning part is slidably disposed in the second groove.

The water bottle as claimed in claim 2, wherein the base further has a base surface facing away from the cup body, the opening of the base is recessed inward from the base surface, and when the flip-top covers the opening of the cup body, the top surface of the flip-top is flush with the base surface of the base.

7. The water bottle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the opening of the base is located at the center of the surface of the base.

8. The water bottle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the opening of the base is offset from the center of the base surface.

9. The water bottle as claimed in claim 1 further includes a flexible straw, and the base further includes a storage space, the opening of the base communicating with the storage space, the storage space being located between the opening and the beverage holding space, the flexible straw extending from the storage space to the beverage holding space when the lid covers the opening, and the flexible straw at least partially extending out from the storage space and the opening when the lid opens the opening.

The water bottle as claimed in claim 9, wherein the flexible straw includes a mouthpiece, a stop portion, and a tube portion, the mouthpiece and the tube portion being respectively connected to opposite sides of the stop portion, the stop portion being located in the storage space and abutting against the base, and the tube portion extending from the stop portion to the beverage holding space, wherein when the lid covers the opening, the mouthpiece is located in the storage space, and when the lid opens the opening, the mouthpiece extends at least partially from the storage space and the opening.
