Abstract

A referral contribution recognition system is provided for managing the contribution ratios of multiple referral personnel during the sale of financial products. The system includes a case data integration module, a contribution ratio calculation module, an approval status management module, a contribution data storage unit, and a report generation module. The case data integration module acquires case data from external transaction or application systems and formats it uniformly. The contribution ratio calculation module receives uniformly formatted case data, referral personnel information, and contribution stage setting data, and generates a percentage contribution ratio based on stage weight and the number of participants. The approval status management module updates the status to effective upon approval. The report generation module generates statistical reports based on query conditions.

Claims

1. A referral contribution recognition system, applicable to managing the contribution ratio of multiple referral personnel during the sale of financial products, the referral contribution recognition system comprising multiple hardware modules or hardware units composed of multiple hardware circuits, the hardware modules or hardware units comprising: a case data interface module configured to receive multiple case data from multiple external transaction or application systems, and to perform uniform format processing on the case data to generate multiple uniform format case data; A contribution ratio calculation module is signal-connected to the case data interface module and configured to receive uniformly formatted case data, referral information from an external personnel system, and multiple contribution stage setting data input by a handling device. Each contribution stage setting data includes a contribution stage, a stage weight, and at least one participating referral. The contribution ratio calculation module checks whether each contribution stage has at least one participating referral, calculates a total stage weight based on the stage weight of each contribution stage, determines a stage contribution value for each contribution stage based on the ratio of each stage weight to the total stage weight, and distributes each stage contribution value equally among the participating referrals according to the number of participating referrals in each contribution stage. The module also sums up the distribution values obtained by the same participating referral in each contribution stage to generate a percentage contribution ratio for each participating referral. A review status management module, signal-connected to the contribution ratio calculation module, is configured to receive contribution registration data generated by the contribution ratio calculation module and a submission request initiated by the handling device, and receive an approval result input by a supervisory device. When the approval result meets a predetermined approval status, the contribution registration data is updated to an effective status. A contribution data storage unit, signal-connected to the review status management module, is configured to store the contribution registration data in the effective status. A report generation module, signal-connected to the contribution data storage unit, is configured to read multiple contribution registration data in the effective status from the contribution data storage unit, and filter and summarize these contribution registration data according to at least one query condition input by a user to generate a personnel contribution statistics report.

2. The referral contribution recognition system as described in Request 1, wherein the external transaction or application systems include a mutual fund system, a foreign bond system and a sponsorship operation system, wherein the mutual fund system provides clients with fund subscription transaction information, the foreign bond system provides clients with foreign bond subscription transaction information, and the sponsorship operation system provides clients with insurance application information.

3. The referral personnel contribution recognition system as described in Request 1, wherein the contribution ratio calculation module generates a reminder notification and restricts the contribution registration data from entering a pending review state when any contribution stage setting data input by the handling device does not have at least one participating referral personnel.

4. A referral contribution recognition system as described in claim 1, wherein the sum of the weights of the contribution stages equals 100%.

5. The referral contribution recognition system as described in claim 4, wherein the contribution stages consist of an initial visit stage and a detailed description and transaction stage, and the initial visit stage and the detailed description and transaction stage have the same stage weight.

6. The referral personnel contribution recognition system as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one query condition includes a start-end date condition, and further includes at least one of a product category condition, a designated referral product condition, or a designated personnel condition.

7. The referral personnel contribution recognition system as described in Request 1, wherein the report generation module outputs the personnel contribution statistics report in a screen display manner or in a file export manner.
