Abstract

This invention relates to a precision angle adjustment platform, comprising a base, an angle platform, a track module, a linear drive device, and a swing module. The track module is positioned between the base and the angle platform, allowing the angle platform to swing relative to the base. The linear drive device has a reciprocating slide, one or two swing modules are pivotally mounted on the slide, and each swing module has a positioning shaft and a bushing unit fitted around the positioning shaft. The angle platform has a plurality of positioning holes corresponding to the positioning shaft, and each bushing unit is respectively accommodated and fitted within a positioning hole. When the slide moves, the swing module drives the angle platform to swing, thereby adjusting the reference plane angle of the angle platform. This invention improves structural rigidity, reduces wear, and maintains precise angle adjustment accuracy and stability.

Claims

1. A precision angle adjustment platform, comprising: A base; An angled platform is mounted on the base, and the angled platform is provided with a plurality of positioning holes; A track module is disposed between the base and the angle platform to allow the angle platform to swing relative to the base and adjust the angle of its reference plane; a linear drive device is disposed on the base and has a slide that can move along a linear direction, the slide being located below the angle platform; and at least one swing module is pivotally mounted on the slide, the swing module having at least one positioning shaft and a bushing unit sleeved on the outer periphery of the positioning shaft; wherein each bushing unit is respectively accommodated and fitted in the positioning holes, when the slide is driven to move by the linear drive device, it drives the swing module to swing, and pushes against the angle platform through the bushing unit, causing the angle platform to swing relative to the base and adjust the angle of its reference plane.

2. The precision angle adjustment platform as described in claim 1, comprising two sets of the swing modules, each pivotally mounted on both sides of the slide.

The precision angle adjustment platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the swing module is provided with two positioning shafts, and the positioning shafts are respectively disposed on both sides of the swing module, and the bushing unit is respectively sleeved on the outer periphery of each positioning shaft.

The precision angle adjustment platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bushing unit is a cylindrical metal bushing, the metal bushing is sleeved on the positioning shaft, and the metal bushing fits in the positioning hole; or a steel ball bushing is sleeved on the outer periphery of the positioning shaft, and a cylindrical metal bushing is sleeved on the outer periphery of the steel ball bushing, and the metal bushing fits in the positioning hole.

The precision angle adjustment platform as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein each of the swing modules includes a swing block, a pin, and two rolling bearings; the pin passes through the swing block, and the rolling bearings are disposed between the pin and the swing block; one end of the pin protrudes from the swing block and is fixed to the slide, so that the swing block can swing relative to the pin by means of the rolling bearings; and the positioning shaft is fixed on the swing block and can swing synchronously with the swing block.

6. The precision angle adjustment platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein each of the swing modules includes a bushing fitted onto the pin, and the two rolling bearings fitted onto the bushing.

7. The precision angle adjustment platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein the slide has an upward-facing accommodating groove, the accommodating groove having a pin hole; the swing block is disposed in the accommodating groove, and the pin passes through the pin hole of the slide.

The precision angle adjustment platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the track module comprises two sets of symmetrical arc-shaped slide rails, one rail of each arc-shaped slide rail set is fixed on the base, and the other rail is fixed below the angle platform; and the linear drive device is disposed in a receiving groove on the base between the two sets of arc-shaped slide rails.

The precision angle adjustment platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the linear drive device includes a power unit and a drive rod; the power unit is coupled to one side of the base, one end of the drive rod is connected to the power unit, and the other end extends into the base; and the slide is disposed on the drive rod and is driven by the drive rod to move back and forth.

10. The precision angle adjustment platform as claimed in claim 1 further includes a detection device disposed on one side of the base for detecting the angle of the angle platform.
