Abstract
Claims
1. A passive thermal management and environmental protection structure for an outdoor equipment housing, comprising: A housing body (1); a functional coating (126) covering the outer surface of the housing body (1), which has high reflectivity to sunlight and high emissivity in the infrared band; a heat-conducting diffusion layer (127) disposed on the inner surface of the housing body (1) and thermally coupled to a heat source module (6) to guide the heat energy from the heat source module (6) to the housing body (1); and a gas exchange module (5) disposed on the wall of the housing body (1), the gas exchange module (5) having a connection between the outside air and the inside of the housing. The cavity has a channel and a one-way check valve structure to form a convection path between the inside and outside of the body under natural pressure difference conditions. The functional coating (126) is provided on the outer surface of the outer shell body (1), the heat-conducting diffusion layer (127) is provided on the inner surface of the outer shell body (1), and the gas exchange module (5) is provided on the wall of the outer shell body (1). The three are arranged in space to form an inseparable whole structure, so that the outer shell body (1) can still provide long-term heat dissipation and weather protection performance under the condition of no external power supply.
