An integrated equipment for waste treatment and energy recovery from sweet sorghum alcohol production, comprising a mixed anaerobic fermentation treatment device, a biogas desulfurization and purification integrated device, a biogas residue slow-release organic fertilizer manufacturing device, and a waste liquid concentration and evaporation treatment device, wherein, The mixed anaerobic fermentation treatment device includes: a raw material proportioning and control system equipped with an alcohol waste storage tank, a livestock and poultry manure storage tank, and an automatic batching device, wherein the alcohol waste storage tank and the livestock and poultry manure storage tank are respectively connected to the automatic batching device via conveying pipelines; a high-efficiency anaerobic fermentation reactor equipped with a stirring device and a temperature control system, which is connected to the raw material proportioning and control system via a closed conveying pipeline to receive the mixed raw materials for mesophilic fermentation; a biogas collection network equipped with a gas-liquid separator and a pressure regulating device, which is connected to the high-efficiency anaerobic fermentation reactor to collect the biogas produced during fermentation; and a fermentation parameter monitoring system electrically connected to the high-efficiency anaerobic fermentation reactor, the integrated biogas desulfurization and purification equipment, and the biogas... The equipment includes: a slow-release granulation unit; a drying and maturation system connected to the granulation equipment to control the moisture content and maturity to meet organic fertilizer standards; a packaging and sealing system connected to the drying and maturation system to ensure product quality stability; and a waste liquid concentration and evaporation treatment unit connected to the high-efficiency anaerobic fermentation reactor to receive fermentation waste liquid, comprising: a biogas slurry pretreatment system connected to the high-efficiency anaerobic fermentation reactor to receive fermented biogas slurry, equipped with filtration and impurity removal and pH adjustment devices, and conveying the pretreated biogas slurry to the low-temperature evaporator; a low-temperature evaporator connected to the biogas slurry pretreatment system, employing multi-effect evaporation technology to reduce energy consumption; and a vacuum evaporation device connected to the low-temperature evaporator to retain active substances under low-temperature conditions.A concentrated liquid cooling and collection system, connected to the vacuum evaporation device, is used to prepare high-concentration liquid fertilizer; a condensate recovery and utilization device, connected to the vacuum evaporation device, enables the recycling of water resources.

The integrated equipment for waste treatment and energy recovery from sweet sorghum alcohol production as described in claim 1, wherein the mixed anaerobic fermentation treatment device adopts staged feeding control and precisely controls the raw material ratio through an automated batching system to ensure a stable and efficient fermentation process.

The integrated equipment for waste treatment and energy recovery from sweet sorghum alcohol production as described in claim 1, wherein the integrated biogas desulfurization and purification equipment integrates an intelligent control system that automatically adjusts the desulfurization and purification parameters according to the composition of the raw material gas.

The integrated equipment for waste treatment and energy recovery from sweet sorghum alcohol production as described in claim 1, wherein the waste liquid concentration and evaporation treatment equipment has a heat recovery system that uses the heat generated during the evaporation process to preheat the feed and improve energy utilization efficiency.
