Abstract

In the process of cooking noodles, different widths and depths of ladles are often needed. For example, scooping up large amounts of scattered ingredients, quickly draining and cooling them, and scooping them from shallow or flat-bottomed pots all require ladles with large, shallow, and flat openings. On the other hand, scooping up single portions of noodles, scooping ingredients from deep pots, and storing them requires ladles with small, deep openings. This invention provides a collapsible noodle-cooking ladle. Its main feature is that the ladle body adopts an umbrella-like opening and closing mechanism. When not in use or when storage is needed, the scooping part of the ladle body can be folded up to form a smaller volume, making it convenient to store, carry, or save space. When needed, the ladle body can be opened to form an effective scooping space for quick draining and cooling, and for evenly scooping the noodles.

Claims

1. A retractable noodle-cooking ladle, comprising: a main handle, a sleeve, a control lever, a support rod, a ladle frame, and a ladle mesh, wherein, The main handle is no different from a regular noodle spoon handle, and its function is to provide a grip for controlling the entire noodle spoon. The sleeve is located on the outer ring of the main handle and can slide up and down along the handle. The control lever is located at the upper end of the sleeve and is used to control the up and down position of the sleeve. One end of the support rod is pinned to the lower end of the sleeve, and the other end is engaged with the noodle spoon frame. The position of the sleeve controls the opening size of the noodle spoon frame. The noodle spoon mesh is located below the noodle spoon frame and is used to support the noodles. When in use, the position of the sleeve is controlled by the control lever according to the required opening size of the noodle spoon frame, so as to adjust the angle between the support rod and the main handle, thereby achieving the function of controlling the opening size of the noodle spoon frame.
