Abstract
Claims
1. An automated production system for producing calcium fluoride using hydrofluoric acid solution, comprising: a feeding module having: a hydrofluoric acid tank, a hydrofluoric acid feed pipe, a hydrofluoric acid pump, a fluoride ion concentration sensor, and a hydrogen ion concentration sensor, wherein the hydrofluoric acid pump is disposed between the upstream and downstream sides of the hydrofluoric acid feed pipe, the fluoride ion concentration sensor and the hydrogen ion concentration sensor are respectively disposed on the hydrofluoric acid tank, and the sensing ends of the fluoride ion concentration sensor and the hydrogen ion concentration sensor extend into the interior of the hydrofluoric acid tank; a calcium hydroxide tank, a calcium chloride tank, a calcium salt feed pipe, a calcium hydroxide pump, and a calcium chloride pump, wherein the calcium salt feed pipe includes a calcium hydroxide feed pipe and a calcium chloride feed pipe, the calcium hydroxide pump is disposed between the upstream and downstream sides of the calcium hydroxide feed pipe, and the calcium chloride pump is disposed between the upstream and downstream sides of the calcium chloride feed pipe; A mixing module comprising a mixing tank and a mixing solution delivery pipe, the mixing tank being connected to the hydrofluoric acid tank via the hydrofluoric acid inlet pipe, the mixing tank being connected to the calcium hydroxide tank via the calcium salt inlet pipe and the calcium chloride tank via the calcium salt inlet pipe; and an automatic control module electrically connected to the fluoride ion concentration sensor and the hydrogen ion concentration sensor, the automatic control module receiving the fluoride ion concentration parameters from the fluoride ion concentration sensor and the hydrogen ion concentration parameters from the hydrogen ion concentration sensor, and controlling the hydrofluoric acid pump, the calcium hydroxide pump, the calcium chloride pump, or a combination thereof.

The automated production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the automated production system includes a flocculation module having a flocculant tank, a flocculant feed pipe and a flocculation tank, the flocculation tank being connected to the mixing tank via the mixing solution delivery pipe and the flocculation tank being connected to the flocculant tank via the flocculant feed pipe.
3. The automated production system as described in claim 2, wherein the automated production system includes a purification module having a solid-liquid separation device, a product delivery pipe and a drying device, and the flocculation module having a flocculation solution delivery pipe, the solid-liquid separation device being connected to the flocculation tank via the flocculation solution delivery pipe, and the drying device being connected to the solid-liquid separation device via the product delivery pipe.
4. The automated production system as described in claim 2, wherein the flocculant feed pipe has a flocculant pump disposed between the upstream and downstream sides of the flocculant feed pipe.
5. The automated production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding module has a first nozzle and a second nozzle, the first nozzle being disposed downstream of the hydrofluoric acid feed pipe, and the second nozzle being disposed downstream of the calcium salt feed pipe.
6. The automated production system as described in claim 5, wherein the second nozzle is disposed above the first nozzle, and an opening of the second nozzle faces an opening of the first nozzle.
7. The automated production system as described in claim 2, wherein the flocculation module has a third nozzle disposed downstream of the flocculant inlet pipe.
8. The automated production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixing tank has a mixing solution stirring unit disposed on the mixing tank.
9. The automated production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixing module has a pH sensor disposed on the mixing tank.
10. The automated production system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the flocculation tank has a flocculation solution stirring unit disposed on the flocculation tank.
