Abstract

This invention relates to a stabilized exosome, primarily used to improve problems such as particle concentration decay, aggregation, sedimentation, and adsorption loss during exosome preservation, transportation, and handling. The stabilized exosome comprises an exosome with a lipid vesicle structure and a coating of protein molecules formed on its outer surface. These protein molecules can attach to the exosome surface through interfacial interactions, forming a continuous or semi-continuous protein coating interface. This coating allows the exosome to maintain better dispersion and particle concentration stability under room temperature or low temperature storage conditions, thereby improving exosome quality consistency and preservation feasibility.

Claims

1. A stabilized exosome, characterized in that: the exosome has a lipid vesicle structure and its outer surface has a coating composed of protein molecules, such that the protein molecules attach to the surface of the exosome through interfacial interactions to form a continuous or semi-continuous protein coating interface.

2. The stabilized exosomes as described in claim 1, wherein, The coating is spontaneously generated on the outer surface of the exosome after it comes into contact with the protein solution, and this generation is achieved through adsorption, configurational rearrangement or surface enrichment.

3. The stabilized exosomes as described in claim 2, wherein, The volume percentage of these exosomes is 95–99%.

4. The stabilized exosomes as described in claim 3, wherein, The coating system is disposed on the outer side of the lipid bilayer membrane of the exosome and serves as an interface buffer layer between the exosome and the external medium to reduce the non-specific effects of the exosome during storage.

5. The stabilized exosomes as described in claim 3, wherein, The coating is used to reduce the tendency of exosome particles to stick together, so that the exosomes can maintain their dispersed state during storage.

6. The stabilized exosomes as described in claim 3, wherein, The coating is a surface covering provided by an added protein, which reduces the tendency of exosome particle concentration to decrease in an environment of 20°C to 30°C.
