Abstract
Claims
1. An automatic cleaning device for a smart water quality sensor combining ultrafine bubbles and ultrasound, comprising: an automatic cleaning tank (9) having a sensor mounting area (91), a water inlet (92) and a drain outlet (93), wherein the sensor mounting area (91) is disposed on the water flow path between the water inlet (92) and the drain outlet (93); a water quality sensor assembly (3) disposed in the sensor mounting area (91), such that liquid flowing in from the water inlet (92) flows over the sensing end surface of the water quality sensor assembly (3) and is then discharged from the drain outlet (93). The system includes: a microbubble generating device (7) with its outlet connected to the inlet (92) of the automatic cleaning tank (9) for generating and delivering microbubble water, and allowing the microbubble water to be introduced into the automatic cleaning tank (9) through the inlet (92) and flow through the water quality sensor group (3); a gas supply module (8) with its outlet connected to the microbubble generating device (7); and a solenoid valve control module (5) located between the gas supply module (8) and the microbubble generating device (7) for controlling the introduction of gas into the microbubble generating device. The device (7) is used to control the flow rate or flow path switching of the ultrafine bubble water flowing into the inlet (92); an ultrasonic module (6) is disposed near the automatic cleaning tank (9) or the sensor mounting area (91) to cause ultrasonic vibration to act on the liquid flowing between the inlet (92) and the outlet (93) around the water quality sensor group (3); and a control unit (4) is electrically connected to the water quality sensor group (3), the solenoid valve control module (5), the ultrasonic module (6) and the ultrafine bubble generating device (7); characterized in that: the The control unit (4) controls the solenoid valve control module (5) to introduce the gas from the gas supply module (8) into the ultrafine bubble generating device (7) according to the measurement data of the water quality sensor group (3) or the preset cleaning conditions, and controls the ultrafine bubble generating device (7) to make the ultrafine bubble water flow into the automatic cleaning tank (9) through the water inlet (92), flow through the sensing end surface of the water quality sensor group (3) and then be discharged from the drain outlet (93), and simultaneously or in stages start the ultrasonic module (6) to clean the sensing end surface of the water quality sensor group (3).
2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gas supply module (8) includes an air source, an oxygen source, an ozone source or a combination thereof, and the solenoid valve control module (5) selectively switches the gas introduced into the microbubble generating device (7) according to the control signal of the control unit (4).
3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water quality sensor group (3) comprises a dissolved oxygen sensor, a redox potential sensor, a pH sensor, a conductivity sensor, or a combination thereof.
4. The apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein the control unit (4) is connected to a local operating interface (1) or a cloud monitoring system (2) for setting the cleaning cycle, start conditions or displaying the cleaning status.
5. The device as described in claim 1, wherein the control unit (4) is used to compare water quality sensing data before and after cleaning, or to compare water quality sensing data at the pool end and the outlet end of the automatic cleaning tank (9), and to decide whether to end the cleaning program or restart the cleaning program based on the comparison result.
6. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic module (6) is disposed on the outer wall, inner wall or near the sensor mounting area (91) of the automatic cleaning tank (9) to cause ultrasonic vibrations to act on the liquid surrounding the water quality sensor group (3).
