Abstract

This invention relates to a continuous processing equipment for producing dried feed from kitchen waste. It mainly consists of multiple hardware mechanisms arranged sequentially from right to left, including an automatic feeding and liquid collection device, a first spiral conveyor, a foreign matter removal conveyor, a crushing and refining main unit, a first lift, a primary solid-liquid separator, a liquid-phase concentration and evaporation kettle, a second lift, a stirring and washing tank, a hot air drying pipe, and a formula mixing and forming machine. This equipment, through specific conveying components and guiding pipes, separates, concentrates and solidifies, washes and desaltes, finned hot air dries, and extrudes the solid and liquid components of kitchen waste, ultimately producing granular feed with a stable nutritional ratio. Therefore, this invention can solve the epidemic prevention and environmental protection issues of kitchen waste recycling and transform kitchen waste resources into easily preserved dried feed.

Claims

1. A continuous processing equipment for producing dry feed from kitchen waste, comprising: an automatic feeding and liquid collection device having a feeding hopper and a liquid collection tank disposed below the feeding hopper, wherein the automatic feeding and liquid collection device is connected to a first spiral conveyor with spiral blades; a foreign matter removal conveyor having its feed end connected to the discharge end of the first spiral conveyor for manual removal of non-kitchen waste foreign matter from the kitchen waste; and a crushing and refining main unit connected to the foreign matter removal conveyor, wherein the crushing and refining main unit has a crushing chamber and a set of rotating blades disposed in the crushing chamber, and the feed inlet of the crushing and refining main unit is connected to a first elevator with a motor and connected to the initial feed inlet of the foreign matter removal conveyor; A primary solid-liquid separator is connected to the discharge end of the first elevator. The primary solid-liquid separator has a solid discharge port and a liquid discharge port. The liquid discharge port is connected to a liquid-phase concentration evaporation kettle. The evaporation kettle is equipped with a heating device for evaporating and solidifying the liquid. The primary solid-liquid separator is connected to the crushing and refining host through a second elevator. A stirring and washing tank is connected to the solid discharge port of the primary solid-liquid separator and the discharge port of the liquid-phase concentration evaporation kettle. The discharge port of the stirring and washing tank is used to reduce the salt content of the material. A hot air drying pipe is connected to the stirring and washing tank. The hot air drying pipe is further equipped with heating fins. A formula mixing and forming machine has a mixing chamber and at least one formula addition port located above the mixing chamber. The formula mixing machine is connected to the hot air drying pipe, so that the material can be extruded into granules.

2. The continuous processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first screw conveyor and the first elevator system each have a drive motor for providing power to move the material from a low position to a high position.

3. The continuous processing equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the hot air drying duct is connected to a temperature control unit that sets the drying temperature in the range of 80°C to 110°C.

4. The continuous processing equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the particle size formed by the formula mixer and molding machine is between 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm.

5. The continuous processing equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the formula addition port of the formula mixer and molding machine is used to add plant-based formula raw materials including vegetable powder, corn flour and soybean residue.

6. The continuous processing equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the agitated washing tank is further provided with a water inlet for controlling the amount of water injected relative to 30% to 50% of the weight of the material.
