Abstract

This new patent relates to a candied hawthorn processing device, comprising: a bamboo skewer on which at least one fruit or dessert is threaded; a main unit equipped with a rotating shaft for displacement and speed adjustment, a speed control knob, and a set displacement element; the rotating shaft clamps one end of the bamboo skewer, and the speed control knob controls the rotational speed of the rotating shaft, while the set displacement element controls the forward and backward extension displacement of the rotating shaft; a fixed frame located at the front end of the main unit and having a bracket extending to support the other end of the bamboo skewer; a syrup tank located below the bamboo skewer, containing syrup that is drawn into strands to coat the surface of the fruit or dessert; and a heater located below the syrup tank to heat the syrup in the syrup tank.

Claims

1. A candied hawthorn processing device, comprising: a bamboo skewer for threading at least one fruit or dessert; a main unit, the main unit being provided with a rotating shaft having displacement and speed adjustment, a speed adjustment knob, and a set displacement element, the rotating shaft clamping one end of the bamboo skewer, the speed adjustment knob controlling the rotational speed of the rotating shaft, and the set displacement element controlling the forward and backward extension displacement of the rotating shaft; a fixed frame, the fixed frame being disposed at the front end of the main unit and provided with a bracket extending to support the other end of the bamboo skewer; a syrup tank, the syrup tank being disposed below the bamboo skewer, the syrup tank containing syrup, the syrup being threaded to coat the surface of the fruit or dessert; and a heater, the heater being disposed below the syrup tank to heat the syrup in the syrup tank.
