Abstract

This invention relates to a dust collection device for a corrugated paper printing machine, comprising a machine body with a dust collection device mounted on its side. The dust collection device includes a filter bag assembly comprising a plurality of filter bags. Each filter bag has a first end communicating with the interior of the machine body and a second end communicating with a dust collection bin. An automatic de-clogging device is also included, comprising a differential pressure sensing unit electrically connected to and controlling the operation of a dust blowing unit. The dust blowing unit includes a main duct extending into a plurality of manifolds, each manifold having a ventilation nozzle communicating with each filter bag. The differential pressure sensing unit measures the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pressures. When the pressure difference reaches a preset value, the dust blowing unit is activated, thus achieving automatic filter bag cleaning through sensing and control.
