Abstract

This modular tool includes a first rod and a second rod. One end of the first rod has a sleeve hole along its axial direction. The first rod has two first flanges integrally formed along its radial direction on the inner periphery of the sleeve hole. The two first flanges are respectively located on opposite sides of the sleeve hole. One end of the second rod has a connecting part that is inserted into the sleeve hole. The second rod has two first grooves along its radial direction on the connecting part. The two first grooves are respectively located on opposite sides of the connecting part. The two first flanges are respectively embedded in the two first grooves. Through the above structure, the tool can greatly reduce the transportation volume.

Claims

1. A combination tool, comprising: a first rod having a sleeve hole at one end along its axial direction, and two first flanges integrally formed along the inner periphery of the sleeve hole along its radial direction, the two first flanges being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the sleeve hole; a second rod having a connecting portion at one end, the connecting portion being inserted into the sleeve hole, and two first grooves along the connecting portion along its radial direction, the two first grooves being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the connecting portion, the two first flanges being respectively embedded in the two first grooves.

2. The combination tool as described in claim 1, wherein the two first flanges are respectively riveted into the two first grooves by applying external force to the outer periphery of the first rod along the radial direction.

3. The combination tool as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the first rod is provided with a positioning hole communicating with the sleeve hole in a radially penetrating manner, and the end face of the second rod adjacent to one end of the first rod is provided with a stop portion, the surface of the stop portion being aligned with the inner periphery of the positioning hole.

4. The combined tool as described in claim 3, wherein the first rod is integrally formed with two second flanges along its radial direction at the inner periphery of the sleeve hole, the two second flanges being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the sleeve hole, the first flange and the second flange being arranged along the axial direction of the first rod, the second rod is provided with two second grooves along its radial direction at the connecting portion, the two second grooves being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the connecting portion, the first flange and the second grooves being arranged along the axial direction of the second rod, and the two second flanges being respectively riveted into the two second grooves.

5. The combination tool as described in claim 4, wherein the distances from the two first grooves to the stop are equal, and the distances from the two second grooves to the stop are equal.

6. The combination tool as described in claim 1, wherein the sleeve hole is a square hole and the connecting part is a square prism.
