Abstract
Claims
1. An air gun using high-pressure gas, comprising: A first main body is provided with a cavity; a valve assembly is disposed within the cavity; the valve assembly includes a valve body and a valve stem; the valve stem is slidably inserted into the valve body along a first direction, the two ends of the valve stem along the first direction are a first end and a second end, the first end of the valve stem is at least partially located outside the valve body, and the second end of the valve stem is provided with an air outlet; a drive assembly is disposed within the cavity; the drive assembly includes a first elastic element, a hammer, and an electric drive element; the hammer is located on one side of the valve body, and the hammer is disposed opposite to the end of the first end of the valve stem in the first direction; the first elastic element is connected to the hammer and the inner wall of the cavity, and the first elastic element has an elastic restoring force that pushes the hammer toward the valve body and pushes the valve stem to move along the first direction; the electric drive element is connected to the hammer and can drive the hammer to intermittently move toward the first direction away from the valve body.

The air gun using high-pressure gas as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electric drive includes a motor, a drive gear, and an intermittent gear; both the drive gear and the intermittent gear are rotatably disposed within the cavity about a first direction; the intermittent gear includes a first hub and a first tooth; the first tooth is disposed on the periphery of the first hub; the first hub is disposed on one side of the drive gear and connected to the side end of the drive gear; the hammer is provided with a second tooth; the motor is drivenly connected to the drive gear and is capable of driving the drive gear to rotate and causing the first hub to rotate; the intermittent gear is located on one side of the hammer, and the first tooth and the second tooth of the intermittent gear are intermittently meshed.

The air gun using high-pressure gas as described in claim 2, wherein the hammer includes a hammer body and a striking block; the second gear tooth is disposed at the bottom end of the hammer body; the hammer body is hollow inside; the hammer body has a first opening and a second opening respectively at its two ends along a first direction, and both the first opening and the second opening are connected to the interior of the hammer body; the striking block is disposed inside the hammer body and connected to the hammer body, and the striking block is at least partially located at the first opening, and the striking block is used to abut against the first end of the valve stem; one end of the first elastic member abuts against the end of the striking block away from the first opening, and the other end of the first elastic member passes through the second opening and abuts against the inner wall of the cavity.

The air gun using high-pressure gas as claimed in claim 2, wherein the air valve assembly further includes a second elastic element; the second elastic element is connected to the valve body and the valve stem, and has an elastic restoring force that pushes the valve stem toward a direction close to the hammer.

A high-pressure gas gun as described in claim 6, wherein the valve body is provided with a first port, a second port, and a gas-containing chamber; the first port and the second port are respectively provided at two ends of the valve body along a first direction, and are arranged opposite to each other, and are both connected to the gas-containing chamber; the gas-containing chamber is used to contain high-pressure gas; the valve stem includes a first rod body and a second rod body; the end of the first rod body is connected to the end of the second rod body; the end of the first rod body away from the second rod body is the first end of the valve stem; the end of the second rod body away from the first rod body is the second end of the valve stem; the first rod body is slidably inserted through the first port along the first direction, and the second rod body is slidably inserted through the first port along the first direction. The second rod is slidably disposed in the second opening; the cross-sectional area of the second rod is larger than that of the first rod; the second rod is provided with an air outlet channel, an exhaust port, and the exhaust port; the exhaust port is disposed at the end of the second rod connected to the first rod, and the exhaust port is disposed at the end of the second rod away from the first rod; both the exhaust port and the exhaust port are connected to the air outlet channel, and the end of the second rod with the exhaust port is located within the air chamber; the second elastic element has an elastic restoring force that pushes the valve rod toward the direction closer to the hammer, and enables the end of the second rod with the exhaust port to abut against the inner wall of the air chamber.

A high-pressure gas air gun as described in claim 7, further comprising a gun body and a loading assembly; the gun body is hollow; the first main body, the drive assembly, the loading assembly, and the gas valve assembly are all disposed within the gun body; the loading assembly includes a loading rod, a firing tube, and a third elastic element; the loading rod has a first channel extending along a first direction; the firing tube has a second channel extending along the first direction; the firing tube is located on one side of the loading rod, and one port of the second channel is opposite to one port of the first channel; the loading rod is slidably disposed within the gun body along the first direction; the second rod is slidably inserted through the first channel along the first direction, and the air outlet is connected to the first channel; the third elastic element is connected to the loading rod and has an elastic restoring force that pushes the loading rod toward a direction closer to the firing tube; the electric drive is drivenly connected to the loading rod and is capable of driving the loading rod to intermittently move away from the firing tube.

The air gun using high-pressure gas as claimed in claim 8, wherein the loading rod is provided with a toothed block; the electric drive further includes a cam rotatably disposed within the cavity and connected to the side of the intermittent gear away from the drive gear; the cam is intermittently engaged with the toothed block to drive the loading rod to intermittently move away from the firing tube.

The air gun using high-pressure gas as described in claim 9, wherein the loading rod includes a loading sleeve and a slide rod; a first channel is disposed inside the loading sleeve, the loading sleeve is slidably fitted onto the second rod body and connected to the slide rod; a first body is provided with a limiting groove, the slide rod is slidably disposed within the limiting groove; and a toothed block is disposed on the slide rod.
