Abstract

A bottom control assembly fixing device includes: a lifting kit comprising an inner tube, an outer tube, and a telescopic rod, the telescopic rod being disposed between the inner and outer tubes; a guide rail being provided axially inside the outer tube; a bottom control seat comprising an upper part, a lower part, and an outer flange; the upper part being located inside the lower end of the outer tube and having a guide part corresponding to the guide rail, thereby restricting the radial rotation of the bottom control seat relative to the outer tube; the outer flange abutting against the bottom end of the outer tube; and an outer sleeve being fitted onto the lower end of the outer tube, with an inner flange inside the outer sleeve abutting against the outer flange. The radial rotation of the bottom control seat is restricted by the cooperation of the guide part and the guide rail, and its axial displacement is restricted by the clamping of the outer flange by the outer tube and the outer sleeve, thus forming a combined radial and axial fixation, effectively preventing directional deviation or vibration noise at the cable outlet.

Claims

1. A bottom control component fixing device, comprising: A lifting assembly includes an inner tube, an outer tube, and a telescopic rod; wherein the telescopic rod is disposed between the inner tube and the outer tube to adjust the relative displacement between the inner tube and the outer tube; the inner wall of the outer tube is provided with a guide rail along its axial direction, and the guide rail extends to the bottom end of the outer tube; a bottom control seat includes an upper part and a lower part, and an outer flange disposed between the upper part and the lower part; the aforementioned upper part is housed inside the lower end of the outer tube, and the upper part is provided with a guide portion corresponding to the guide rail, so that the radial rotation of the bottom control seat relative to the outer tube is restricted; the outer flange abuts against the lower edge of the bottom end of the outer tube; the aforementioned lower part is exposed at the bottom end of the outer tube; and an outer connecting cylinder is movably sleeved on the lower end of the outer tube, and the inner part of the outer connecting cylinder is provided with an inner flange and abuts against the outer flange; the lower part of the aforementioned bottom control seat protrudes from the outer connecting cylinder and is partially exposed.

2. The bottom control assembly fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the upper part of the bottom control base is provided with an outer ring groove, and the outer ring groove is fitted with an O-ring and contacts the inner wall of the outer tube.

3. The bottom control assembly fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the upper portion of the bottom control base is provided with recessed grooves adjacent to both sides of the guide portion.

The bottom control assembly fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the lower part of the bottom control base is provided with an externally open lower control groove, the lower control groove forming a pull wire mounting area; and a fixing rod is fixed to the lower control groove, and the fixing rod has a protrusion on its periphery; and a pull wire rod is pivotally mounted on the lower control groove, and one end of the pull wire rod is connected to a control line; and a push rod is pivotally mounted at one end to the other end of the pull wire rod, the other end of the push rod contacting the valve stem of the telescopic rod; the push rod has a sliding wall that contacts the protrusion.

5. The bottom control assembly fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the upper portion of the bottom control base is provided with an elastic ring.

6. The bottom control assembly fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom control base is made of metal or plastic.

The bottom control component fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the outer peripheral side of the lower end of the outer tube is provided with an external thread, the inner peripheral side of the outer tube is provided with an internal thread that engages with the external thread, and the internal thread is spaced apart from the inner flange.
