Abstract
Claims
1. A rotating base for a charging pile, comprising a base, a rotating box, and a rotating positioning seat, characterized in that: the rotating box is sealed and installed on the top of the base, the rotating positioning seat is located on the top of the rotating box, and a planar bearing is installed inside the rotating box; the base includes a bottom plate and a bearing fixing seat, the bottom of the bottom plate is provided with three sets of positioning pins arranged in an equilateral triangle, the top of the bearing fixing seat is formed with a positioning groove that matches the bottom surface of the planar bearing, both the planar bearing and the bearing fixing seat are formed with coaxial cable passage holes, and a limiting block is provided on the outer side of the positioning groove on the top surface of the bearing fixing seat; a cable passage hole is formed in the middle of the rotating positioning seat, and a fixing collar is formed at the bottom of the rotating positioning seat that is inserted and fixed to the inner ring of the planar bearing, and an annular limiting groove is formed on the outer side of the planar bearing at the bottom of the fixing collar, the limiting block slides inside the limiting groove, and a stop block is provided inside the limiting groove to limit the limiting block; an outer sealing collar is sealed and bonded to the outer side of the rotating positioning seat.
2. The rotating base for a charging pile as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the top of the rotating positioning base is formed with four sets of positioning holes arranged in a rectangular pattern.
3. The rotating base for a charging pile as described in claim 2, characterized in that: the bottom edge of the outer sealing ring is located below the connecting surface between the rotating box and the rotating positioning seat.
4. The rotating base for a charging pile as described in claim 3, characterized in that: the outer sealing ring is one of a rubber ring and a plastic ring.
5. The rotating base for a charging pile as described in claim 4, characterized in that: the rotating box is frustum-shaped.
6. The rotating base for a charging pile as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that: the limiting block is fixed to the top of the bearing fixing seat by bolts, and the stop block is fixed inside the limiting groove by bolts.
7. The rotating base for a charging pile as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that: the bearing fixing seat is fixedly installed on the top surface of the base plate by bolts, and the bearing fixing seat and the base plate are coaxially arranged.
