Abstract
Claims
1. A portable dual-wavelength modulation and amplification device, comprising: A cover having an inner surface that is curved to cover the user's head; A flexible circuit board is attached to the inner surface of the cover and has conductive lines; a red diode array is connected to the conductive lines of the flexible circuit board and generates red light with a wavelength range of 630 to 680 nm; a near-infrared organic powder is coated on the flexible circuit board and located between the individual units of the red diode array, and generates near-infrared light with a wavelength range of 830 to 900 nm after being excited by the red light; and a DC power supply is connected to the conductive lines on the flexible circuit board via a power cord.
2. The portable dual-wavelength modulation enhancement device as described in claim 1, wherein the distance between the near-infrared organic powder and each individual unit of the red diode array is within 1 mm, so that the near-infrared organic powder can be directly irradiated or excited by the red light, and the intensity of the near-infrared light generated by the amount of near-infrared organic powder applied is less than 65% of the luminance of the red diode array.
3. The portable dual-wavelength modulation enhancement device as described in claim 1 further includes a transparent thin film for adhering and fixing the near-infrared organic powder to the flexible circuit board of the housing, and the red diode array is fixed to the flexible circuit board with the assistance of the transparent thin film.
4. The portable dual-wavelength modulation enhancement device as described in claim 1, wherein the near-infrared organic powder is selected from one of the following: tetra(phenylthio)-29H,31H, 2,3-naphthylcyanine bis(trihexylsiloxane), BF2 chelate (model: AZA-BODIPY), non-fullerene acceptor, with an excitation wavelength of 660 nm and a converted emission wavelength between 835 and 875 nm.
5. The portable dual-wavelength modulation hair enhancement device as described in claim 1, wherein the red diode array is uniformly distributed on the flexible circuit board and concentrated at the position corresponding to the user's head, so as to provide the maximum light energy density to the top of the head area where hair is most prone to falling out.
