Abstract
Claims
1. A caliable fixture for an electrical connection power supply in an aging furnace, comprising: A platform, fixed in the aging furnace, and equipped with a driver; a slide, sliding on the platform, and driven by the driver to perform reciprocating movement along a mating axis to dock and disengage from the power supply; a floating platform, extended and configured on the slide in a load-bearing elastic force manner; and mounted on the floating platform are: a circuit board, configured along the mating axis to expose a plurality of electrical sockets; pairs of guide blocks, spaced apart along the mating axis and located on both sides of the plurality of electrical sockets; and a guide plate, configured between the pairs of guide blocks and located at the bottom edge of the plurality of electrical sockets. The pair of guide blocks and the guide plate together frame a fixture interface for docking multiple electrical connection ports of the power supply. Multiple electrical sockets are located within the fixture interface and exposed to the outside. The spatial area of the fixture interface is constrained by the pair of guide blocks and the guide plate and increases from inside the fixture interface to outside the fixture interface, so as to ensure that the multiple electrical connection ports of the power supply can be properly docked with the multiple electrical sockets.
2. The caliable fixture for an electrical connection power supply in an aging furnace as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aging furnace has an electrical testing rack for mounting the platform, the fixture being mounted on the electrical testing rack via each platform in a plurality of array-spaced arrangements.

The caliable fixture for electrically connecting power supplies in an aging furnace as described in claim 2, wherein the aging furnace contains a carriage having multiple arrays of grids for positioning multiple power supplies, such that multiple electrical connection ports of each power supply are spaced to correspond to electrical sockets of each fixture, and each driver drives the electrical sockets to properly connect to the multiple electrical connection ports.

The caliable fixture for an electrical connection power supply in an aging furnace as described in claim 1, wherein the pair of guide blocks and the guide plate each have a beveled feature and together expand obliquely from the periphery of the fixture interface toward the outer edge of the fixture interface.
5. The caliable fixture for the electrical connection power supply in the aging furnace as described in claim 4, wherein the inclined surface feature is formed by an arcuate or linear inclined surface.
6. The adjustable fixture for the electrical connection power supply in the aging furnace as described in claim 1, wherein a plurality of guide posts and helical compression springs sleeved around the periphery of the plurality of guide posts are arranged between the slide and the floating platform along a floating axis.
7. A caliable fixture for an electrical docking power supply in an aging furnace as described in claim 6, wherein the floating axis is perpendicular to the docking axis.
8. A caliable fixture for an electrical connection power supply in an aging furnace as described in claim 1, wherein the spatial surface of the fixture interface is parallelogram-shaped, and the pair of guide blocks and the guide plate together serve as three adjacent end edges in the spatial surface of the parallelogram.
9. The caliable fixture for an electrical connection power supply in an aging furnace as described in claim 8, wherein the spatial region of the parallelogram further includes an opening located at opposite ends of the guide plate and adjacent to a pair of guide blocks.
10. A caliable fixture for electrically connecting a power supply in an aging furnace as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of electrical sockets on the circuit board include an AC socket, a DC socket and a communication socket, the plurality of electrical connection ports of the power supply include an AC connection port, a DC connection port and a communication connection port, the AC socket electrically connects to the AC connection port, the DC socket electrically connects to the DC connection port, and the communication socket electrically connects to the communication connection port.
