Abstract

A gas seal repair device for a gas turbine fuse tube includes: a winding device having a spool mounting portion for mounting a metal wire spool and for performing a winding operation along an axial direction to wind a metal wire on the metal wire spool into an elongated metal brush; a welding device for performing a first welding operation to weld the elongated metal brush onto a strip-shaped metal substrate to form a repair gas seal brush; and a laser device for removing an existing gas seal brush from a gas seal component; wherein, after removing the existing gas seal brush, the welding device is further used to perform a second welding operation to weld the repair gas seal brush onto the gas seal component.

Claims

1. A gas seal repair device for a gas turbine fuse tube, comprising: a winding device disposed in a winding working area, having a spool mounting portion for mounting a metal wire spool, and for performing a winding operation along an axial direction to wind a metal wire on the metal wire spool into an elongated metal brush; a welding device disposed in a welding working area adjacent to the winding working area, for performing a first welding operation to weld the elongated metal brush onto a strip-shaped metal substrate to form a repair gas seal brush; and a laser device disposed in a laser working area adjacent to the welding working area for removing an old gas seal brush from a gas seal component; wherein... After removing the old gas seal brush, the welding device is further used to perform a second welding operation to weld the repair gas seal brush onto the gas seal.

2. The gas seal maintenance equipment for the gas turbine fuse as described in claim 1, further comprising a sewing machine device disposed in a sewing machine working area and adjacent to the winding working area, for performing a sewing operation on a metal wire to produce the metal wire spool.

3. The gas seal maintenance equipment for the gas turbine fuse tube as described in claim 1, wherein, The laser device is further used to perform a burr trimming operation on the elongated metal brush, and the burr trimming operation is performed before the first welding operation.

5. The gas seal maintenance equipment for the gas turbine fuse as described in claim 4, further comprising a sewing machine device disposed in a sewing machine working area and adjacent to the winding working area, for performing a sewing operation on a metal wire to produce the metal wire spool.
