Abstract

An emergency medical assistance system includes a storage module, a voice receiving module, an input module, a display module, and a processing module. When the processing module receives a voice command via the voice receiving module, it performs voice recognition to obtain a target medical term and maps it to an emergency response event. When the processing module receives a manual operation command via the input module, it obtains and maps the command to the emergency response event. Based on the emergency response event, the processing module initiates a timing rule, enters an emergency decision branch, or terminates the initiating timing rule. The processing module combines the emergency response event with a digital timeline, automatically generates a timestamped record, and stores it in the storage module.

Claims

1. An emergency medical assistance system, comprising: a storage module; a voice receiving module for receiving a voice command; an input module including multiple functional elements corresponding to multiple different emergency treatments, each functional element being logically linked to multiple medical terminology, each functional element being used to generate a manual operation command based on an input operation; a display module for displaying an emergency procedure interface; and a processing module electrically connected to the storage module, the voice receiving module, the input module, and the display module; wherein... When the processing module receives the voice command, it performs voice recognition to obtain a target medical term and maps the target medical term to an emergency treatment event. When the processing module receives the manual operation command, it identifies the corresponding functional element according to the manual operation command and maps the target medical term logically connected to the functional element to the emergency treatment event. Based on the emergency treatment event, the processing module performs at least one of the following actions: activating a timing rule corresponding to the emergency treatment event, entering the emergency decision branch corresponding to the emergency treatment event, and terminating the activating timing rule. The processing module combines the emergency treatment event with a digital timeline, automatically marks a timestamp to generate an emergency record, and stores the emergency record in the storage module.

2. The emergency medical assistance system as described in claim 1, wherein, When the emergency response event is a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) initiation event, the timing rule activated by the processing module is a preset time cycle, and the processing module actively triggers a prompt to change the person performing chest compressions and check the heart rhythm at a preset time point before the expiration of the time cycle.

3. The emergency medical assistance system as described in claim 2 further includes a display module electrically connected to the processing module, wherein, When the cycle timer expires, the processing module restarts the timer and accumulates one cycle count. When the cycle count reaches a preset number, the processing module controls the display module to display an identification prompt for a reversible cause.

4. The emergency medical assistance system as described in claim 1, wherein, When the emergency treatment event is a specific drug administration event, the timing rule activated by the processing module is a dosing interval timing corresponding to a specific drug, and when the dosing interval timing expires, the processing module actively triggers the next dosing window prompt.

5. The emergency medical assistance system as described in claim 1 further includes a display module electrically connected to the processing module, wherein, When the emergency response event is a physiological data assessment event, the processing module controls the display module to display a heart rate inquiry message. The processing module receives a voice response through the voice receiving module and enters the corresponding emergency response decision branch based on the voice response.

6. The emergency medical assistance system as described in claim 5, wherein, When the processing module determines that the voice response indicates either ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia, the emergency decision branch is a shockable branch; when the processing module determines that the voice response indicates either unknown, pulseless electrical activity, or cardiac arrest, the emergency decision branch is a non-shockable branch.

7. The emergency medical assistance system as claimed in claim 1 further includes a display module electrically connected to the processing module, wherein, When the processing module combines the emergency response event with the digital timeline, the processing module controls the display module to display a visual feedback change corresponding to the emergency response event on the emergency response process interface.

8. The emergency medical assistance system as claimed in claim 1 further includes a communication module electrically connected to the processing module, the communication module being communicatively connected to an external device, the processing module compiling the emergency medical record and its corresponding timestamp into a structured digital emergency medical record table, and transmitting the digital emergency medical record table to the external device via the communication module.

9. The emergency medical assistance system as described in claim 8, wherein, When the emergency response event is an emergency termination event, the processing module stops the timing rules in progress and locks the digital timeline to generate the digital emergency record table.
