Abstract

A trolley device for electrically docking PSUs in an aging furnace includes a movable frame that encloses multiple layered spaces. Each layered space has a slide table with multiple placement slots for placing batches of PSUs into the placement slots within the frame. This allows the frame to transport and position batches of PSUs into the aging furnace for electrical docking with batches of electrical testing fixtures, reducing the uncertainty of manual operation and significantly saving the operation time of the electrical docking.

Claims

1. A trolley device for electrically connecting PSUs in an aging furnace, used to carry and position batches of PSUs, receiving batches of multiple electrical testing fixtures for electrical connection within the aging furnace; the PSU is quadrilateral with a handle and a PSU interface at each end, the PSU interface being used to provide electrical connection to a fixture interface of the electrical testing fixture; the trolley device includes: A movable frame is provided, forming multiple vertically spaced layers. Multiple slides are respectively mounted on the frame and located within each of the spaced layers. Multiple placement slots are horizontally spaced on each slide, with the top of each placement slot being open to allow batches of PSUs to be placed from top to bottom within each placement slot. Each placement slot is formed by multiple limiting members fixed to the slides, including at least one first limiting member for restraining the handle of the PSU and multiple second limiting members for restraining the two ends of the PSU. One end of each placement slot has a slot along a mating axis to expose the PSU interface of each PSU.

2. The trolley device for electrically connecting the PSU in the aging furnace as described in claim 1, wherein each layer of the trolley is provided with a stop on both sides to stop and release the sliding displacement of each slide from inside the trolley to the outside.

3. The trolley device for electrically connecting the PSU in the aging furnace as described in claim 2, wherein the stop is a tongue that can be rotated and displaced.

4. The trolley device for electrically connecting a PSU inside an aging furnace as described in claim 1, further comprising a pair of guide rails disposed on a floor inside the aging furnace, the bottom of the trolley being provided with a plurality of wheels, the trolley being moved outside the aging furnace by means of the plurality of wheels to provide placement of the PSU, the trolley being transported by means of the plurality of wheels to move the PSU into the aging furnace, wherein the guide rails are used to constrain the movement trajectory of the plurality of wheels inside the aging furnace.

5. The trolley device for electrically docking PSUs in an aging furnace as described in claim 1 or 4, further comprising a plurality of brakes disposed on a wall inside the aging furnace for braking the trolley frame inside the aging furnace during the electrical docking process.

6. The trolley device for electrically docking a PSU in an aging furnace as described in claim 5, wherein each of the electrical testing fixtures provides a thrust along the docking axis to drive the fixture interface to electrically dock with the PSU interface, and the plurality of brakes respectively stop the trolley frame along the docking axis.

7. The trolley device for electrically connecting the PSU in the aging furnace as described in claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of the limiting members is composed of a cylinder erected on the slide.

8. The trolley device for electrically connecting a PSU in an aging furnace as described in claim 7, wherein the handle of the PSU has a finger groove, and the first limiting member extends through the finger groove to restrain the PSU.
