Abstract
Claims
1. A flow guide valve, comprising: One valve body; A valve plug protrudes from one end of the valve body; a collection groove is recessed at the other end of the valve body; And a plurality of branch ports are arranged at intervals on the valve body and are connected to the collection tank together.
2. The flow guide valve as described in claim 1, wherein the other end of the valve body and the flow dividers together define an annular shape.
3. The flow guide valve as claimed in claim 2, wherein the valve body further comprises: a flow-blocking surface located between the valve plug and the annular body, wherein the flow-blocking surface serves as the bottom of the collection groove that is respectively connected to the flow-diverting ports.
4. The flow guide valve as claimed in claim 3, wherein the valve body further comprises: a plurality of partition ribs arranged at intervals on the valve body, wherein any two adjacent partition ribs form one of the flow diversion ports, and each of the partition ribs is connected to the annular body and the flow obstruction surface, wherein each of the partition ribs has a curved inner surface facing the collecting groove.
5. The flow guide valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valve plug comprises: a body; an annular groove surrounding the body; and a sealing ring fitted onto the body and located within the annular groove.
6. A male connector, comprising: A male housing having a first end opening, a second end opening, a first channel, and a first abutment portion, the first end opening and the second end opening being oppositely arranged, the first channel being connected to the first end opening and the second end opening respectively, and the first abutment portion being located within the first channel; a flow guide valve including a valve body, a first valve plug, a collection groove, and a plurality of flow branches, the valve body being slidably located within the first channel, the first valve plug being located on the valve body opposite to the collection groove, the flow branches being spaced apart on the valve body and collectively connected to the collection groove, the first valve plug being removably closed into the first end opening; and a first spring located within the first channel and abutting against the valve body and the first abutment portion respectively.
7. The male connector as claimed in claim 6, wherein the male connector housing comprises: a first tube body having an axially inserted first conduit therein, wherein the flow guide valve is located within the first conduit; A second tube body is removably connected to the first tube body, and a second conduit is axially inserted inside the second tube body, wherein the second conduit and the first conduit together form the first channel, and the first abutment portion is located inside the second conduit. And a sealing ring, fitted onto the second tube body and sandwiched between the first tube body and the second tube body.
8. A quick-disconnect connector assembly, comprising: The male connector as described in claim 6; The device includes a female connector housing and a fixed valve core. The female connector housing has a second channel, a third end opening, and a fourth end opening. The third end opening and the fourth end opening are opposite to each other, and the second channel connects the third end opening and the fourth end opening. The fixed valve core is located in the second channel and fixed in the fourth end opening. When the male connector is inserted into the second channel from the third end opening and the fixed valve core is inserted into the first channel from the first end opening, the fixed valve core pushes the first valve plug toward the second end opening, so that the first channel is connected to the second channel through the shunt ports.
9. The quick-disconnect connector assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein the fixed valve core includes a rod, a second valve plug and a base, the rod being located in the second channel and connected to the second valve plug and the base respectively, and the base being fixed in the fourth end opening.
10. The quick-disconnect connector assembly as claimed in claim 9, wherein the female connector further includes a sealing ring, a sliding sleeve, and a second spring, the sealing ring being fixed to the inner wall of the second channel; and the sliding sleeve including a sleeve, a through groove, and a second abutment, the second spring being located within the second channel and respectively connecting the base and the second abutment, the sleeve being slidably located within the second channel and sleeved on the fixed valve core, and removably located within the sealing ring, the sleeve having a fifth end opening, the through groove penetrating the sleeve and connecting to the fifth end opening, the second valve plug being removably closed into the fifth end opening, and the second abutment being located within the through groove, wherein the sealing ring, the sliding sleeve, and the second valve plug within the fifth end opening divide the second channel into a first segment and a second segment, the second segment accommodating the sliding sleeve and the fixed valve core, and connecting to the through groove.
