Abstract
Claims
1. A weaving apparatus for interlacing a warp yarn and a weft yarn to form a fabric, the weaving apparatus comprising: a yarn supply unit for supplying the warp yarn; a body portion for winding the warp yarn with the yarn supply unit and forming a plurality of warp yarn segments on the body portion; a pair of heald frames attached to opposite sides of the body portion, each heald frame having a plurality of spaced-apart insertion slots; a plurality of lifting rods respectively inserted into the insertion slots and movable relative to each other along the insertion slots; and a plurality of heald plates adjustablely disposed on the lifting rods, each heald plate correspondingly attached to each of the warp yarn segments, such that the heald plates move synchronously with the corresponding warp yarn segments as the lifting rods move.

The weaving apparatus of claim 1, wherein the threading groove includes a guide section and a first locking area and a second locking area respectively connected to opposite ends of the guide section, the lifting rod being displaced along the guide section and being positionable in the first locking area or the second locking area.
3. The weaving apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body portion comprises a pair of spaced-apart uprights and a plurality of rods connected and fixed between the uprights.

The weaving apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein a fixing shaft is provided between the heald frame plate and the upright plate, the heald frame plate has a first fixing hole, the upright plate has a second fixing hole, and the fixing shaft passes through the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole.

The weaving apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein each of the uprights has a pair of grooves at both ends of its bottom and a pair of bases detachably attached to the grooves, and the body further includes a riser frame that can remove the bases from the grooves and assemble the riser frame into the grooves.

The weaving apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thread supply unit comprises a thread feeder body, a winding portion detachably disposed in the thread feeder body, and a clamping structure disposed in the thread feeder body; the thread feeder body has a sliding block and an elastic structure elastically abutting against the sliding block, and the clamping structure can be clamped or released to one side of the winding portion as the sliding block is displaced.
7. The weaving apparatus of claim 6, wherein the thread supply unit further comprises a guide portion fixed to the thread feeder body, the guide portion having a guide hole through which the warp yarn supplied by the thread supply unit passes.

The weaving apparatus of claim 6, wherein the winding portion has an assembly hole, and the thread supply unit further includes an assembly structure disposed on the thread feeder body, the assembly structure including a pivot rod, a pivot portion and a fastener, the pivot rod being fixed to the thread feeder body, the pivot portion being pivotally connected to the pivot rod and engaging with the assembly hole of the winding portion, and the fastener being engaging with the pivot rod and abutting against the pivot portion.
9. The weaving apparatus of claim 6, wherein the feeder body has a receiving hole, the sliding block has a receiving groove aligned with the receiving hole, and the clamping structure includes a clamping block and a spring sleeved on the clamping block, the clamping block being correspondingly received in the receiving hole and the spring being received in the receiving groove.
10. The weaving apparatus of claim 6, wherein the thread feeder body has a slot and the sliding block has a toggle portion extending through the slot.
