Abstract
Claims
1. A diagnostic device for a heterogeneous rotating device with spatial displacement determination function, for installation in a monitored system, the monitored system including a rotating device, the rotating device including a motor, the motor being electrically connected to a power supply line; the diagnostic device for the heterogeneous rotating device with spatial displacement determination function includes: A vibration sensor is installed at a location in the monitored system where the vibration of the motor can be sensed, in order to output a vibration signal; A current sensor is installed on the power supply line to detect the current flowing through the power supply line and output a current signal; and an edge computing processing device includes a processor and a storage interface and a signal input interface electrically connected to the processor; the storage interface stores a fault diagnosis model; the signal input interface is connected to the vibration sensor and the current sensor respectively to receive the vibration signal and the current signal; the processor reads the fault diagnosis model from the storage interface, preprocesses the vibration signal and the current signal, and inputs them into the fault diagnosis model to determine whether a fault is established; the processor executes the fault diagnosis model. The preprocessed vibration signal and current signal are converted into a set of feature vectors and mapped to a multi-dimensional feature coordinate space to form an instantaneous feature point. The distance between the instantaneous feature point and one of the healthy cluster centers is calculated, and the distance value is used to determine whether the rotating equipment is faulty. When the fault judgment model determines that the vibration signal is abnormal, the processor determines whether the current signal and the vibration signal conform to the physical relationship of electromechanical coupling. If they do not conform, the abnormality and the fault state of the rotating equipment are determined to be decoupled, and the processor outputs the judgment result. If they conform, the processor outputs the fault judgment result.

The heterogeneous signal rotating device diagnostic device with spatial characteristic displacement determination function as described in claim 1, wherein when the fault judgment model determines that a fault is established, the processor outputs a fault judgment result; the edge computing processing device is provided with a communication interface, the communication interface is electrically connected to the processor, and the communication interface is used to output the fault judgment result to a monitoring device, the monitoring device being a terminal, a computer, or a mobile device.

The heterogeneous signal rotating equipment diagnostic device with spatial characteristic displacement determination function as described in claim 1, wherein the aforementioned physical correlation of electromechanical coupling refers to the vibration energy change of the vibration signal being accompanied by the corresponding regular modulation in the current signal, and by comparing whether the frequency components, phase relationship or amplitude changes of the vibration signal and the current signal show a consistent trend, so as to reflect the correspondence between the electrical load change and the mechanical vibration response of the motor.
4. The heterogeneous signal rotation device diagnostic device with spatial characteristic displacement determination function as described in claim 1, wherein the current sensor is a non-contact current sensor and the current sensor has a clamping member clamping the power supply line.

A heterogeneous signal rotating equipment diagnostic device with spatial characteristic displacement determination function as described in claim 1, wherein the monitored system is a chemical plant cooling system, the monitored system further includes a cooling tower and a heat exchanger; the rotating equipment is a cooling water circulating pump and includes a pump body, the motor drives the pump body; the cooling tower includes an inlet and an outlet, the heat exchanger has an inlet and an outlet, a cooling water inlet pipe is connected between the inlet of the heat exchanger and the outlet of the cooling tower, and a cooling water outlet pipe is connected between the outlet of the heat exchanger and the inlet of the cooling tower; the pump body is connected in series with the cooling water inlet pipe.

A diagnostic device for a heterogeneous rotating device with spatial displacement determination function as described in claim 1, wherein the monitored system is a chemical plant cooling system, the monitored system further includes a heat exchanger and a cooling water circulation pump; the rotating device is a cooling tower and includes a cooling tower body, on which a fan-blade structure is provided, and the motor drives the fan-blade structure; the cooling tower body has an inlet and an outlet, the heat exchanger has an inlet and an outlet, a cooling water inlet pipe is connected between the inlet of the heat exchanger and the outlet of the cooling tower, and a cooling water outlet pipe is connected between the outlet of the heat exchanger and the inlet of the cooling tower; the cooling water circulation pump is connected in series with the cooling water inlet pipe.

The heterogeneous signal rotation device diagnostic device with spatial characteristic displacement determination function as described in claim 1, wherein the health clustering center is defined by the processor automatically capturing a plurality of normally operating feature points during the learning phase of the initial operation of the system and through statistical clustering.

A heterogeneous signal rotating device diagnostic device with spatial characteristic displacement determination function as described in claim 7, wherein the processor defines a health envelope range based on the distribution of the plurality of normally operating characteristic points relative to the health cluster center.

A heterogeneous signal rotating equipment diagnostic device with spatial characteristic displacement determination function as described in claim 5, wherein a fluid characteristic sensor is connected to the cooling water inlet pipe; the multidimensional characteristic coordinate space is a three-dimensional characteristic coordinate space, and the fluid parameter signal output by the fluid characteristic sensor serves as the third-dimensional coordinate axis; the fluid parameter signal, together with the vibration signal and the current signal, forms the instantaneous characteristic point to quantify and determine the degree of deterioration of the rotating equipment; the fluid characteristic sensor is selected from a pressure sensor or a flow sensor.
