Abstract
Claims
1. A modular preparation system for a scalp plant extract compound aqueous solution, comprising: a compartmentalized low-temperature storage module for storing multiple plant extract raw material liquids from different sources in temperature-controlled storage tanks; a conditional window premixing module connected to the compartmentalized low-temperature storage module for premixing at least two of the plant extract raw material liquids within a predetermined temperature range to obtain a premixed solution, and maintaining the pH value of the premixed solution within a predetermined range by a pH adjustment unit; a precise proportioning module connected to the conditional window premixing module for introducing the remaining plant extract raw material liquids and / or carriers into the premixed solution according to a predetermined formula ratio and controlling the proportioning error to obtain a compound solution; and a dispersion mixing module connected to the precise proportioning mixing module for mixing and dispersing the compound solution under low-shear or medium-low-shear conditions to obtain a mixed dispersion.
